    @xplornet so I have been able to confirm tonight that the problem is in fact with YOUR TOWER! It is known to over congested!!! And apparently @xplornet knows it needs a new tower… and it’s planned for Q3, 2022!!!! I need a solutionNOW not in 12 months.

    @Xplornet Dear @Xplornet, I took your advice.spent last 60+ minutes on phone-trouble shoot with 3 people I can’t undrstnd.the service is now 0.07. So I win a prize for record low 0.07/10??? Are you going to charge me 70 cents/month instead of $100? ( I prefer get 100% service & pay $100/mo

    Got fed up with the Xplornet speeds , called in and the guy actually said oh yeah defiantly looks like there’s issues. About 40 min later and I got $50 a month off my bill until they get the tower fixed. Internet still isn’t the best but I’m finally paying for the speeds I get.

    @scott_perkin @Xplornet I didn't till a week or so ago, when @Xplornet said that was likely my issue. Trying to get rid of their excuses.

    @albertaFreedom1 @ruralroots780 I was going to switch back xplornet this summer. But when the tech came out, he couldn't get me on tower 2k down the road, as it was oversold. So I'd get slower speeds.

    @Xplornet Man, what would I do without this completely relevant to your business information? How would I live my life if you guys didn't post this interesting stuff instead of important details about service status and issues? /s <- since I know you're easily confused

    @jsjlivestock @Xplornet Their customer service sucked when we had them. Had Netset with no complaints, and then Xplornet took them over. Reliability and service went way downhill. But the bullet and installed RFNow fibre optic. Absolutely love it.

    @Xplornet Wow, this really helps us in BC with all the high costs of a terrible ISP overcharging and underserving customers all over Canada. Avoid xplornet, they are a horrible ISP.
