    @Xplornet I did that, it’s still not fixed, we’ve trouble shot many many things. I need this solved by tonight

    @Xplornet I did that, no idea when problem would be fixed - have to “ tolerate it” while they try to repair in back end. THIS IS NOT SATISFACTORY!!

    @Xplornet I waited 35 minutes on the line then I choose the callback service and when you call, you hang up after one ring… can I just get more than 1 mbps when I pay for 50!!!
