    I think it’s officially time to cancel @Xplornet. No hard feelings, you served me when no one else could, but ... your time has come to and end.

    So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

    @OriginaIPenguin @Xplornet Any time something doesn't work as expected. Some days it's 10 times. Some days it's 30. I also set a continuous speed test for 12 hours every five minutes from time to time.

    Tech support offers to give me 6 mths of warranty coverage free, but if I cancel service before 1 yr I have to buy out for $45. @Xplornet

    @elonmusk @Adamklotz_ Cant wait for Starlink to come to NB Canada. We're stuck with xplornet at $120/month for 0.50mbps. I feel like AOL demo Cds back in beginning 2000s was quicker than this ****...

    @stevenchasehess @Xplornet I'm waiting 24 days now for them to call me about my service issues...TWENTY FOUR DAYS...don't expect a resolution any time soon.

    I worked for years as a Cust Svc Rep in a call center. I'm not sure I've ever heard of customer service as poor as we've received from @Xplornet. If you still feel we are not worth your time, I will be calling on Wednesday to end our relationship. Thank you. Have a good day

    Every time I get a notification that my cameras have detected motion, it's because they're coming back on from being offline. The motion they're detecting is the auto-level leveling off. Thanks @Xplornet for being truly awful. You're the best at being the worst.

    @Xplornet sucks, can't even watch a YouTube video on 240p without it buffering every 20 seconds.

    Xplornet says I can have a 3 mth discount if I talk to tech support. Tech support says I have good line of sight and have to pay $125 to have someone come over. @Xplornet
