    So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

    I think it’s officially time to cancel @Xplornet. No hard feelings, you served me when no one else could, but ... your time has come to and end.

    @annoyed_wpg @xplore_ca Google the CA Manitoba lawsuit. Wish I hadn't thrown away all my records of how ****** the service was before switching to Starlink. Oy!

    @xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 My service is so ****** at this point. I don't know weather to buy my own tower for lines or just off myself in the name of Xplornet. THIS IS CANADA how can your service be so ******* bad

    @preta_6 With Starlink, while not as fast as Telus fibre (right now), you can look forward to incremental upgrades in speed, and equipment, over time. I suggested to a client suffering with only the choice of Xplornet (crap speed + outages) switch to Starlink back in 2020. Installation couldn't have been easier and reliability of his Internet connection immediately stabilized. Everything has got better since, including being sent the latest hardware for free. Starlink's plans for continuously upgrading their satellite constellation were the deal maker for me - and should be for others suffering under Xplornet.

    @xplore_ca are you experiencing an outage? I’ve tried connecting through an Ethernet cable (no luck), I’ve done a power cycle, I checked my account to make sure it was nothing on my end. Why haven’t I had internet for longer than an hour since before Christmas? #xplorenet

    @xplore_ca Why? I told you I’ve talked to you guys. Unless you trained a bunch of people in the last week you are asking me to waste more of my time on a company that doesn’t value its customers. For what? So YOU can feel better because you can say you tried to help? Pathetic!

    @voiceshapes I use Xplornet because Bell up here is slower than dial up. Still use the modem that came with it and have no issues

    @xplore_ca You need to fix your internet it's getting really annoying I use YouTube to help me sleep and it never works I try resetting and nothing
