    @Xplornet Today was our 7th installation appointment we had booked, with no communication & no one showed up. We have now had 3 no shows, 2 where people have showed up (without equipment), and 2 where no one even contacted us to cancel. Embarrassing beyond belief.

    @Xplornet haha, note the "up to" in there - in reality, what you'll get is 2mb for 18 hours a day, and zero connection for the other 6. If you want awful service, and even worse customer support, then sure, give Xplornet a call.

    @Xplornet @chriswtburke A) they're not sorry, and B) if you do provide them with your account info, they'll block you from contacting support in the future. This company provides an awful service, and then refuses to actually offer any support or assistance.

    @Xplornet My internet has been out for over two days. Thought the weather may have been a factor but today doesn’t seem to be a weather related outage. Please help!
