@Xplornet Nope. You scammed many Niagara customers when you bought out a local provider but didn’t put any of us on xplornet infrastructure, just left us on existing network your services couldn’t operate on. You charged customers for service you couldn’t and didn’t intend to provide.

@tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

@Xplornet Things are resolved. The contractor was able to explain the problem and resolve it. Your CSRs were not able to adequately provide an explanation. It was apparent that they were unaware of what was happening in the field. You communication to clients was poor. /1

@theJagmeetSingh It is so bad Canadians don't even realize it. I get taken advantage off and laughed at on a monthly basis living in the North (Iqaluit, Baffin Island) @Bell around 500 for 3 cell phones, no plans available for my needs. @Xplornet around 1K per month through home office. No plans.
