    @Xplornet So I've been with your internet service for almost a year and it hasnt changed since you made the change.... TLDR; bad wifi provider says it's going faster and it didnt change

    @Xplornet Thanks. That’s what I figured. Have you ever thought of an app that customers could go to see outages and estimated fix times? Kind of like what @FortisAlberta has for power issues?

    @reikokoyama79 @Xplornet Xplornet is awful, it was the only available internet in the county & it was down more than it was up, a cute fluffy cloud rolls over.. down !! let’s not talk about a storm ⛈ it could be days without

    My @Xplornet equpt was replaced on Sat. Since then getting 1/10 my package speed due to multiple errors. Several calls to techs, lost working time. So far 6 days of not getting what I am paying for due to @Xplornet errors.

    @Xplornet what gives? I understand if the wifi doesn’t work when the weather is poor, but there is not a single cloud in the sky and it’s sunny and our wifi isn’t working
