Stephen Lee (@StephenRLee) reported from Athens, OntarioWe have had @Xplornet for about 11 years in our current location. Had them before that too. Up until last January I would give them a minus star review. Now 5 stars! Now if our Telus cell service was as good… Thanks for the incredibly positive changes Xplornet!
-
John Loewen (@logitechor) reported from Leeds and the Thousand Islands, Ontario@androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

Kim Sytsma (@KimSytsma) reported from Athens, Ontario@CousineauAlbert @sheepfarmbecca @Xplornet If only I could switch!!! There is no one else here! Earlier this year the went to my daughter’s fir a service call. Dropped her as a customer , as she was in the middle of a class. She is a university Prof. All her classes were on line. Xplornet sucks
-
Lucas (@LucasTGreen) reported from Leeds and the Thousand Islands, Ontario@Xplornet I hope you lose a lot of customers to starlink. Xplornet refuses to update our tower and I can tell you rn it’s not in a difficult location to access. Service is complete trash and full of lies

Systematic Hands (@MADmarky112) reported@xplore_ca **** xplore 160$ a month for 20mb/s with a 200 g limit is bull **** most of the time it won't work at all
-
Sagittarius (@Regretful_Livin) reported@xplore_ca Is this the reason why its been 10+ hours of no service and 2.5 hours of waiting on hold to figure out why its not working? Would love to actually have an update
-
James Carruthers (@HydraulicDesign) reported@xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.
-
Right Central Views (@Right_Central) reported@xplore_ca It's overly expensive for no reason. The recent upgrade I got is a lot more stable but there are times it is absolute dog **** for the 100+ dollars I pay a month for 50mbs. Waiting for Fibre to come down my road.
-
Donald Carr (@realDonaldCarr) reported@KirkLubimov @JustinTrudeau We pay for high speed but get crap in rural Belleville Ontario Bell and xplornet got millions of gov money and are screwing us here
-
Ally Bryant (@Eh_Bee_Sea) reported@xplore_ca A tech came today. I am not impressed. This is a fixable problem that has happened and been fixed twice before. It's been years since we had an issue. This guy says the leaves on the trees make it an "unsuitable location for high-speed". Did the tower move? No. My house? No.
-
Arpad Hild (@zotfot) reported@Penny36274714 @reaIDonaIdTru_ Well I had xplornet and was paying $140 for 300 GB but I switched to landline internet with telus and now I pay $70 a month with a home phone and get unlimited data and much better service now too
-
Ryan Morey (@RyanMor83438655) reported@xplore_ca internet down Minburn tower 2 days ago most of the day, yesterday most of the day and this morning still. Asking what others have … where do you post outages so we know what is happening?
-
Tybernicus (@Tybernicus17) reported@MajJensen3 @OJoelsen Why would he? In 2021 I bought a house on a paved road 6kms from a small town. Not even Xplornet was available. Cell signal very weak. If not for Starlink, I and many others would have no internet access.

Karel Baayen (@KarelBaayen) reported@xplore_ca is unbelievably bad. Called a few months ago for technical help and was promised a return call which never happened. Called two weeks ago, promised another return call. Never happened. Called today and was promised a return call. SMH
