@RogersHelps @johnny4646utah @MjrPerrella people complain too much xplornet or bell would never apologize in the manner Rogers has xplornet would give me less than 5down on a daily basis everyday during peek times it would sometimes go down to kbps

meantime I am having drinks with my neighbour, both of us 2 wks past the 2nd dose and I ask him about his connection. He is an @Xplornet customer. He's had problems all week and he was told by CSR that there were problems with @Xplornet equipment at Wellington water tower. /6

My worst customer experience to date today with @Xplornet 2+ hours on the phone and 6 representatives and my issue is not solved yet!

@pugganoche @kathleenogrady Another option I didn't know existed is Bell Wireless Home, which we're on right now. It works well for us right now. It's Bell, but at least it's not Xplornet. Sorry for all the suggestions. Just trying to help people get off terrible internet.

So I have @Xplornet for internet access in @PECOntario just outside of Wellington. For the past few days download speed is usually less than 1mbps. Obviously no work or Netflix. Currently it's 0.26. I put in a call to customer service. The CSR tells me there is a problem at /1

So, I now have a service agreement I was never aware of, and 2 different responses from @Xplornet CSRs about the problem that is giving me download speeds of less than 1 Mbps and it's apparently been going on for a week. Stay tuned. I look forward to speaking with the /7
