Xplornet was always offline just when I needed it for my work. So now after Xplornet took over CCI the EXACT same problems are happening. 1/2

If not, I believe investing in a status page would save customer confusion and time spent for your call centre reps

tying up loose ends (@Rosebuddy1973) reported@Xplornet Thank you but no, just talked to another person this morning being offered to go LTE - their CCI tower just went "down" and will no longer be serviced. The funny thing was until Xplornet took over they had no difficulties with CCI service either as it was dependable and enough.

Emerald (Ezzie) Gibson --- DJ Ez (@EmeraldGibson1) reported@Bell_Support @Bell Bad customer service and no call notifying me they cancelled the appointment (Book 2 weeks ago) to install Wireless Home Internet. If you want my business you need to wave the fee or @Xplornet will. The Tech workload should not affect me.

Chris LaBossiere 🌻 🇺🇦 (@ChrisLaBossiere) reported from Minton, Saskatchewan@Making8 @Xplornet I was able to get it after about 4 months waiting. I thinks it's actually better now. Support is not great but it's pretty much trouble free after it's setup. We're getting 80 mbps downloads instead of 3-4, so well worth it.

Scott Wallace (@Darsaw1217) reported@Xplornet how bout improving service in Prince Edward County that has out for 3 days. Xplornet = disaster. No communication. Upsell for stupid care plan when it’s an Xplornet outage. Threaten mileage for tech to come when again issue is an Xplornet outage.

Could we use some of that money to extend the service here until an affordable alternative provider can be found? @drbrendanhanley @Premier_Silver
