Reid Carter (@re_carter) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@XplornetSupport xplornet has over sold our tower so I am paying a ridiculous amount of money for a service I am not receiving as a consumer this is aggravating. 24mb/s is my plan on any given day we are only getting 1-2mb/s. Get it together you need to be doing better.

Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.

We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.

Farming in Ontario (Leasa Janssen) (@RuralOntWoman) reported@xplore_ca Your Internet connection is very slow. Your Internet download speed is very low. Web browsing should work, but videos could load slowly. ~Can't wait until Roger's has the cable done for our area.
