@Bell_Support it's been a week since in had anything close to stable service. Your call centre is useless as you have given no consideration to your rural customers. The agent last week literally laughed at my issue and was extremely aggressive. It's time for @Xplornet I think

  • little_ditty_no Moderate Steve (@little_ditty_no) reported

@Xplornet Hi folks. I need to password protect my WiFi. This should be easy but it's not. Can you scrap the IP router network nonsense and give us the option right on myxplornet's website?

  • SternbergCindy Cindy Sternberg (@SternbergCindy) reported

@Xplornet you guys, my internet is running at 71, normal is 120. Is it a problem on your end, or these sunny skies?

  • FrankReardon1 𝔣𝓇𝓪𝐧k ᖇ乇𝓐г𝕕𝐎𝐍 Ƥʰᵒᵗ𝕆𝐬 (@FrankReardon1) reported

It must be raining 🌧 in #Iqaluit #Nunavut because @Xplornet is not working JUN.13.2022

  • CowInverted InvertedCow (@CowInverted) reported

@Kaitlynkitzan @Xplornet Have you looked into @SpaceXStarlink ? the setup costs are a bit high but it has not disappointed me, or let me down anywhere close to what xplore net did.

  • corbinvisual Corbin Visual (@corbinvisual) reported

@rkhazzam @Xplornet @SpaceX This however does not change your taste in music. I’d say you’ve broken even.

  • MidVids Scott (@MidVids) reported

@Wealthsimple I'm rural so all options are for "up to" a speed that you never get. I've been through Xplornet and Bell wireless internet. Both unsatisfactory and Bell customer service was awful. Now with a local ISP (Colink) and sometimes get 20 mps down, 4 up. Unlimited bandwidth for $100

  • saskiaages Pip (@saskiaages) reported

@Xplornet The promised speeds are fraud. That is the MAX speed in reality you are lucky if you get a connection. At all. And not Put Of Range or No Internet signal. Then u pay 70 to have a tech visit after days of dealing w 40 minute waits, repeated tech conversations and on it goes. Enjoy

  • wheelerreborn The Quadfather ♿ (@wheelerreborn) reported

I'm really getting sick and tired of the wind and rain knocking out the internet at work. @Xplornet get your **** together... your service sucks and is making my job even harder.

  • SeanStefan Sean Stefan (@SeanStefan) reported

@Spicoli11 Cost me $900 to get the hardware, then $140/month. I was paying $130/month for Xplornet LTE, so the monthly isn’t too bad, just heavy up front.
