@Xplornet I’m dancing to. Doing a happy dance now that I don’t have to pay you anymore for your **** service.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@rammyramramram @Xplornet If you want support faster call in asking to sign up for service. You'll get sales in a heartbeat. Then tell them what's wrong. It's the same guy working both lines anyhow.

  • GeiselJeff Jeff Geisel (@GeiselJeff) reported

@cohenih @Xplornet How do you like the starlink want too do the same , sick of slow net !!!

  • BrittanyHennig_ 𝙱𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚢 𝙷𝚎𝚗𝚗𝚒𝚐 (@BrittanyHennig_) reported

@Xplornet I just changed providers cause xplornet wouldn’t fix there towers

  • cohenih Ivan Cohen (@cohenih) reported

@GeiselJeff @Xplornet Starlink was installed Saturday. No-brainer setup; getting over 100mb download, 40mb upload, 35ms or less latency. Will be faster after BETA is over. It’s amazing, compared to poor Xplornet I’ve had to use for years!!! I’m impressed with it!

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

If you're an @Xplornet customer don't fool yourself into thinking they care about you. If you're thinking about becoming one, walk away. You're better off with literally any other ISP (or not even having a connection). The unending frustration is not worth it.

  • therealcpr83 Christopher Rogers (@therealcpr83) reported

@Xplornet Aint no mountain high enough for Xplornets terrible service, oversold towers and broken promises.

  • smokesignal7 Sir Carl P. Trask (@smokesignal7) reported

@CBCNews @NicoleatCBC Summer 2020: Dial-up Internet stopped working without any notice at Nova Scotia & after a season, I was forced to install slow Xplornet satellite dish upon my roof to access online monthly banking to maintain my Utilities at great monthly cost to this widowed Canuck grandfather.

@Xplornet Literally your techs don’t get paid enough for this **** oversold towers and now you’re throttling to less than 5 Mbps no this is been going on since October pathetic Cogeco said they were installing lines in April you better have a good timeline for the new tower being active
