@ShastaMorgen @bowmancanada PS. We are in the country so are limited in our internet. It was Telus or Xplornet for a few years (both slow & unreliable) but now we have Starlink (Elon Musk's company). We signed up as beta-testers. It was a little glitchy early-on but is now 100x better than Telus ever was.

  • ThomasCardwel16 Thomas Cardwell (@ThomasCardwel16) reported

@Xplornet amazing they launch 5g and can't even get the 4g to work xplornet is the worst company ever come on people get our freaking government to make laws that see our money returned for failure to deliver services

  • ShaneEthan1 Shane (@ShaneEthan1) reported

@ImTyJordan @PurolatorHelp The worst customer service I had was talking with Xplornet. You think they know what you're talking about then shuffle you around departments until you finally give up.

@Xplornet You know what the very worst thing is. Is that shite they deliver is causing parents to rethink their contracts, bc this company interferes with children's educations! How utterly reprehensible!

  • JohnWatersTrash 🌺Lilisaurus Wrex🦖 (@JohnWatersTrash) reported

@DavidBe17330646 @Xplornet Yeah, when we were a customer they literally replaced the service we were on with a new radio and new clients, all while insisting it was our problem and charged us several months for service that didn't exist.
