@Xplornet No improvement around here. Live 2 km from a tower built last year and no service. Live on provincial highway and only get satellite service. Built your towers higher

@Xplornet Your satellite service is terrible. Not usable. We pay $130 a month and hope to be able to send a text message. Usually, they fail to send.

@Xplornet 2/2 it took SO MANY phone calls...all over a modem. U guys really dropped the ball, and was told so by the supervisor that I had to finally ask to speak to to get a resolution. It shouldn’t have come to that. As soon as another option comes to my area, I’m SOOOO done w/u!

@Xplornet 1/2 I tweeted this 2 days ago & ur just offering help now? If I had waited on u, I would be on day 11 of no internet. After finally demanding talks w/a supervisor, I finally got my modem replaced.
