@Kotyjo Starlink is life changing. Updates don't take 2 days and destroy your data cap. Xplornet is one of the worst providers out there.

@Xplornet Please give a reason why your towers randomly cut internet (or slow it down to a halt). I've only been a customer for a month and my speeds have gone down twice to where the internet is almost unusable. I'm paying for your highest speed plan. This shouldn't happen.

@Xplornet Maybe you could find the time to fix the Thorpe tower? No signal at all for over FOUR weeks now and no updates or explanation from Xplornet. No response via email/Twitter/phone. Not acceptable.

@Xplornet any idea why the internet keeps going out near Gwynne,AB? Service has sucked for years so we don't even bother with tech support anymore. We shouldn't have to reset our router multiple times per week. We've changed routers several times as well

If you live in Canada and are moving and there's only one choice for a wifi provider called Xplornet don't get it. I've had it for a year and they promise good service (which is a ******* lie) DO NOT GET IT. It is very slow and if there is more than one thing on it goes ******.

Trying to cancel @xplornet service, which has never worked. They insisted I phone, not write. As soon as I said I wished to cancel for non-performance, they put me on hold. I've been on hold for 15 minutes and counting. @xplornetretweet

@Xplornet Tried that several times already. Same pathetic excuse each time: too much network congestion. Don't sell more subscriptions than you can handle. #xplornet #poorservice

@Xplornet storm's over. My wife's online schooling is done. Thought I would try to update my computer. Not much satisfaction. Connection going down constantly. If I don't use my internet the connection will stay up. If I use it disconnects. Explain!
