Elle (@LovelyLadyLinda) reported@Xplornet Great to get notification that my Internet might be down for an entire day due to maintenance. Not so great when this maintenance doesn’t happen and gets pushed off to the following day. Two days out of work.
-
Kenneth J. Kavanagh (@KenJKavanagh) reportedDay 11 & still no internet. The operative word in customer service is service; it's not a promise or logo or a survey. Its a deliverable & @Xplornet hasn't delivered. I'm now xploring 4 a new provider!
-
Rektify (@RektifyCrypto) reported@dat3010 @thunderf00t Yes, Xplornet is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Additionally I had to run a VPN to avoid their periodic disconnections for using a streaming service like netflix or youtube. I am beyond thankful for Starlink, even if Elon is a snake oil salesman.
-
William Holmes (@HolmesWil) reported@Xplornet storm's over. My wife's online schooling is done. Thought I would try to update my computer. Not much satisfaction. Connection going down constantly. If I don't use my internet the connection will stay up. If I use it disconnects. Explain!
-
Robert Mcelroy (@RobertStope1973) reported@Mullin_95 @Xplornet You will never regret that decision
-
Kenneth J. Kavanagh (@KenJKavanagh) reportedOn Day 7 by some quirk, internet worked but gone again this morning of Day 8. Warning re @Xplornet Their sales pitch of good service is a lie! 13 days 4 a service call is unacceptable.
-
shaun hansford (@ShaunHansford) reported@Xplornet Any plans on upgrading services in prairie provinces? Speeds are painfully slow at peak times
-
Rickdiculous (@rliwczak) reported@Xplornet how long will you be down this time . 20 mins west of Didsbury.....
-
Gordy Kidlapik ❄️E1-644 (@Irngutaq2) reported@JoshE3866 @NunavutWatch That was weird eh? No cell service after getting used to it and losing contact to family, luckily we have Xplornet.

Just Dee, but 3x Pfizerized (@lakin013) reported@Xplornet any idea why the internet keeps going out near Gwynne,AB? Service has sucked for years so we don't even bother with tech support anymore. We shouldn't have to reset our router multiple times per week. We've changed routers several times as well
