    @Xplornet My internet is down (off) at 826 Barcovan Beach Road, Carrying Place, Account 1505343. But I cannot find any outage listed on xplornet. Why?

  • AlPettefer Al Pettefer (@AlPettefer) reported

    @WSwainson @Xplornet They over sell towers !!!! They actually admitted this too me ,,, I’m happy to say that my Starlink is installed and tomorrow I get to call them to cancel my service,, I’m so excited!!!

  • CarlynServices Lynne/CarlynServices (@CarlynServices) reported

    @Xplornet Thank you, called you customer service and they had us up and running in about 20 minutes. :)

  • billwalkerPR Bill Walker (@billwalkerPR) reported

    ‘“What I’m seeing here is that the bureau wants someone who’s got enough cash and knows how to run a cell service and, for whatever reason, they don’t think Xplornet is that person.”’ I couldn’t agree more.

  • _Cari_ Cari 💉 Get Vaxxed 💉 (@_Cari_) reported

    Looking for rural internet? Stay clear of @Xplornet. Home officed, internet kept dropping, they refused to send another tech out after the 1st guy who came out did nothing. Now they are charging us $10/month for the remainder of contract for a service they can't provide.#xplornet

  • TheTechnicianhd Bars Stallone (@TheTechnicianhd) reported

    @Xplornet This is the worst service out there. Best case scenario take there internet speed you pay for and divide it by 10. That’s what you will get. Example 50 mbps you will actually get 5 mbps.

  • Bailey606 Cory Bailey (@Bailey606) reported

    @Xplornet Why do you have a support email address if any time somebody sends a message to it, they receive an automated email that tells them to phone a number. Why have an email if you don’t intend to respond to the email? This is classic big business garbage service. Useless

  • HylohsFFA Hylohs (@HylohsFFA) reported

    @GMWald @Xplornet Same it’s unbelievable and garbage

  • ruth_nabb R. Nabb (@ruth_nabb) reported

    @Xplornet Worst internet service EVER. Wow. 0.37 Mbps all evening. Rural Ontario is getting a very raw deal from you.

  • patgjanes Patrick Janes (@patgjanes) reported

    @kristinaennis If not in range of mobile phone service, satellite is your only option. Xplornet & Starlink are expensive - both equipment & subscription fees. Both require technical skills to set up, and you'll also need a stable power source. Neither is cost-effective to set up for a few days.
