@Xplornet didn’t replace their faulty equipment like I asked them to do months ago, said I just needed a realignment. Now it’s completely broken and I’m still expected to pay full price for a service I won’t be getting at all until at least Tuesday. #xplornetsucks

@Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

@SilverStarAg We have good internet as we have an xplornet tower in Aylsham but no cell service. Great for fire calls. I can see 3 cell tower lights but can’t call out

@pugganoche @kathleenogrady Omg, Xplornet satellite service is just bad. It might be a long shot, but perhaps starlink could be an option. I know people who have had success with it in this part of the world.

@Xplornet you Almost make it sound so good But you should tell people that UP To really means 50 Mbps or less and 10 Mbps or less upload, meaning when your fine service is sitting at 15Baud down and so low that Speedtest cannot get a reading for up load, it is still UP TO
