@Xplornet bruh fix your wifi services please, I really want to play overwatch & I can’t update it because of how slow you are. #NOTMYWIFI :(

  • Beleafer73 ⚓⛵🐚🌊⛱🏒🇨🇦Beleafer (@Beleafer73) reported

@Xplornet i keep getting mail advertising, saying the upgraded internet is "in my neighborhood". After receiving a few of these and several calls back and forth. Finally a tech came. Signal isnt strong enough.😔

  • StansKnut StansNut (@StansKnut) reported

Xplornet can’t keep getting away with calling their internet fast @Xplornet **** u ***🖕🏼❌

  • Pazz29 Matt Pasowisty (@Pazz29) reported

@Xplornet has to be some of the worst internet I’ve ever encountered. And when you call they tell you they don’t know when it’s going to be fixed. “Could be 2 days, could be 2 weeks” is not a reasonable answer.

  • BaldurBarons Nyles Desrochers (@BaldurBarons) reported

@lovestormsMB @Xplornet I don’t know. From what I’ve seen starlink hasn’t been having issues with cold weather.

  • Mullin_95 Mayor of Thunderhill (@Mullin_95) reported from Swan River, Manitoba

@BaldurBarons @Xplornet @SucksXplornet By the time it came back on I was still on hold 🙄 I feel bad for the people I told this was good internet back in the Netset days.

  • lovestormsMB Matt Desorcy (@lovestormsMB) reported

@BaldurBarons @Xplornet Is there a reason why it always sucks even more when it's really cold out? Or just a coincidence.

  • stevecurious2 Steve (BoSox fan in Blue Jay land 🇨🇦) (@stevecurious2) reported

Dear @Xplornet I am once again having intermittent connectivity issues. Wondering when exactly I will get the improved reliability (vs. Bell) I was promised when I switched to you folks. Your service has been far worse than Bell ever was and that is saying a lot.

  • jchpoodle Justine (@jchpoodle) reported

@Xplornet no connection North of Belle Plaine, SK. Tower issue?

  • LynnFncold Lynn (@LynnFncold) reported

@Xplornet Maybe your company should use equipment that can handle cold below minus 36 windchill! Never had this problem until our equipment “upgrade” after you took over Inet in Manitoba. 😡
