When I called, I was told it would only be down for a few hours. Can I get an eta of when it will be fixed so I can make alternate work arrangement if necessary?

Because @Xplornet is Canada's worst ISP and my entire network ceases to function if I enable video recording on my security cameras, even at the lowest quality settings.

Xplornet will upgrade a few towers and then throw the rest of the money away on "marketing" on twitter. We're not seeing any of these "upgrades" in BC.
