    While this transmission tower problem may not be the fault of @Xplornet, the answers provided by the support team are completely unacceptable. How long before this tower is fixed?

    @Xplornet Are you throttling down that tower like all the others?.....I don’t even get close to the 10Mbps I am supposed to.....it’s like having dialup internet 30yrs ago again.

    @Xplornet I have waited well over a week for a response to my email for support. Ive been paying for a service that is nowhere close to what I signed up for. I can’t even stream. This is ridiculous. I can’t even get through to get someone to cancel this garbage service.

    @Xplornet @kevdevlyn Yeah that doesn’t work and you know it. Tech just says their check shows I’m getting a signal when my devices say “can’t connect” no signal. It’s all bullshit
