@k_mcbc @Xplornet #xplornet is a joke. Put them right up there with #bell. Haven’t had internet since Dec 23. Tech came and got it working for 4hrs yesterday and now gone again. 3 kids starting remote learning Monday. Cancelled service and went with #WTC 🤞

@Xplornet "Finding an ISP that actually works" is hardly adapting or innovating, but it is what's required the thrive. Maybe you could attempt to actually serve your customers and help out with that? Might be asking too much of @APLenehan to give up some of that cash though.

Why is @Xplornet allowed to throttle speed in the evening, just when I want to watch some Bridgerton? It’s a completely useless service between 5 and 11 p.m.

@Synthon61 Yes, an unhappy Xplornet customer. Wireless connection to their tower. That's not the problem - they simply don't have enough bandwidth, especially in the late afternoon & evening, Who is your provider?
