I don’t need to be burned twice to waste more of my time. Apparently, there is no government agency that penalizes telecom/internet cos for bad biz practices

They want you to return the modem and radio, pay $125 uninstall fee if you don’t wanna do it yourself. Oh and they’re gonna keep charging you until they receive the hardware.

Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported@OriginaIPenguin @Xplornet Any time something doesn't work as expected. Some days it's 10 times. Some days it's 30. I also set a continuous speed test for 12 hours every five minutes from time to time.
