I consistently have to switch from my WiFi to my mobile data just so a video from The Weather Network will load on my phone. I have to watch everything on 240p and it still buffers. I'm moving soon, better internet here I come!!

Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported@Xplornet We live in the Brookville ON area. We pay for a 25mg download. It NEVER get anywhere near that speed with regular signal drops. 50 km from the core of Toronto! If Bell would run fibe here I would drop your “service” immediately. Over charged and under serviced. Brutal

Every day this past year it would not work for hours and we paid a lot & it was so slow, couldn’t watch netflix. Had several “repairs” but it was still awful. We switched to a competitor that’s fast, reliable & cheaper.
