@Xplornet ...We also know that the problem is not on our end, as all of our friends and neighbours who have Xplornet (we're forced to because there is no other provider) have the exact same problems as we do at the same time. Can't your business just get their act together?

@Xplornet I’ve rebooted 3+ times. Checked the LTE operator values and seeing 3 towers and connecting to one with a worse signal. I have manually set DL-Earfcn to 44190 PCI 48. Seems to have connected to the right one again but has been out for hours. Thanks for reaching out.

Or do you want the screen shots from our last discussion where all you did was give me the tech support number because of exactly that reason. “You can’t be 100% sure who you’re talking to.”
