The biggest issue was wind & the dish moving & it was terrible service, more to do with the area I believe than your service, which had the best customer service actually. I should’ve clarified 🙏

Wade (@dubsak) reported@JayNauta Yeah. Lots of folks use Xplornet and it’s just pure garbage. Incredibly unreliable and the service is not good. A lot of the modern world leaves rural people without the things we take for granted.

Your call centre system, if overwhelmed, says "we'll hold your place in line and call you back." But that system broke three years ago and you never fixed it. If the lines aren't answered....
