@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet Technically I did too, I just kept trying locations closer and closer to the city until it let me actually order instead of just the deposit and pre-order. Worst case it doesn't work and I just return it and wait for my pre-order to ship.

@woody_VA Same here. Many of my neighbours have already left Bell's old copper. 😐 I have someone coming out this week to see if I have line-of-sight to get Xplornet's LTE service. Download speeds advertised as "up to 50 Mbps" and some neighbours are currently getting that. 🤞

@Xplornet Do the people of the Yukon have any opinions on xplornet? I'd like to hear them. I mean, your marketing team constantly throws these links at people, but we never hear their experience with xplornet. #cancelxplornet

Pretty sure having near zero internet on a daily basis from my 25M @Xplornet service is not normal. Nor are the thousands and thousands of people complaining daily about how horrible xplornet support is. Maintenance done on Monday seems to have destroyed even the 4M I was getting

@Xplornet You already did your review when we had problems last month and couldnt see anything. I was told to phone Technical Support when I am having problems. I did that yesterday and got the message that our area was having issues so they were aware of it. You are aware of the issues!!

@Xplornet I may be able to **** and watch some thing with 3 Mbps but good luck trying to ******* download would take half the night to ******* download 100 MB honestly your **** network probably has something to do with it to

@Xplornet It's down again and this service is absolutely ridiculious. The simple fact you try and advertise "good service" and it has been down two times this week.

@Xplornet Seriously we are experiencing issues again. Went down for extensive maintence Fri and today they are investigating issues again!! Service has been terrible. Maybe if we would get a credit for the downtime it wouldnt hurt so much!!!!
