@lcmacewen @Xplornet Just call support and threaten to change plans. Works with every service provider. They’ll offer you some discount or some other offer.

@Xplornet Thank you for your reply.. do you have any way to communicate that to customers at the time? It was frustrating to be out with no communication on that is was a large scale outage...with kids at home online a small update would go a long way! Thx

@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet Technically I did too, I just kept trying locations closer and closer to the city until it let me actually order instead of just the deposit and pre-order. Worst case it doesn't work and I just return it and wait for my pre-order to ship.

@Xplornet Seriously we are experiencing issues again. Went down for extensive maintence Fri and today they are investigating issues again!! Service has been terrible. Maybe if we would get a credit for the downtime it wouldnt hurt so much!!!!

@Xplornet absolute garbage internet. You change 110$ and we get internet 3 days a week, speeds close to dialup, constant outages, not to mention multiple outages a day. Your internet and service is a atrocious

@SuprSquirrel The town i live outside of is 9k and everyone surrounding me has internet lol but my dirt road has no lines going down it ... always had terrible service with xplornet and its way overpriced so im excited to try this

@aar0nsadler @dennydenny1020 You will miss calling Xplornet for troubleshooting help. Xplornet - “unplug your router for 30 seconds.......how is it now?” Customer- No change still terrible. Xplornet- Well than it’s because of the weather. Have a nice day!
