@lcmacewen @Xplornet Just call support and threaten to change plans. Works with every service provider. They’ll offer you some discount or some other offer.

@Xplornet I did an internet test yesterday, because it was slow, again. I have the best internet package Xplornet offers. 7.1 download speed. 1.2 upload speed.

@ALL_CAPS When I lived in rural Stittsville, we were able to get from Community Fibre. One GB to the house for a better price than XplorNet was offering got 25 Mbps. THOSE are the companies that need support, not effing Bell et al.

The hardest thing about being south is the #Internet & now that I am back in #Iqaluit it’s like up and down with @Xplornet 🙁 And I am paying hell a lot more than the the south. It’s so frustrating 😠 #crtc how are the kids do do research for schooling? @fanCRTCProfling
