You can’t fix my problem till you fix the tower. Most of the people in my area are switching over to star link. I will too this spring.

There’s no other companies out here though so you have no other option. They know this and take advantage which is why there’s a class action against them right now

Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2
