Given this I want to cancel my account but you won't let me do this until I speak to your loyalty department.

They have promos now that are palatable and give me something until Fibre arrives next year. It’s sad in this day and age to have these issues

Extremely frustrating. @Colin1Best @vankayak Wireless internet from Xplornet is hopeless. Someone brings me good internet, I’ll buy it.

Around in circles for days I have been told i) automated payment system doesn’t work with Apple iPhones ii) password reset on account doesn’t work with Microsoft email…WTF!

Garth Twitchell (@GarthTwitchell) reported@Colin1Best @TownOfMiltonON @vankayak I hope you’re right Colin, but I haven’t seen anyone with plans to bring high speed service up First Line Nassagaweya north of 25 side road to Arkell road. I’m close to the Xplornet tower at 28 side road and even so, it’s hard to even do basic stuff at times.
