@k_mcbc @Xplornet #xplornet is a joke. Put them right up there with #bell. Haven’t had internet since Dec 23. Tech came and got it working for 4hrs yesterday and now gone again. 3 kids starting remote learning Monday. Cancelled service and went with #WTC 🤞

@Shawridgefarm Our internet has been fine all through the first lockdown. About a month ago, we get a flyer, @Xplornet is offering faster speeds. Now our internet sucks. Been out more in last month than previous 8 or so years we have been with them. Stupid slow speeds also

@Xplornet Sorry xplornet service has been up and down like a yo-yo including most of New Year’s Eve and day, just saw this now... so you’ll forgive me for not actually being able to reply until I turned on cell data.

@Xplornet I ended up waiting 2.5hrs. The speed is still ongoing and is no where near where it should be. Instead of full credits for 3 months they noted a $50 credit which sounds unreasonable for service issues where I was unable to use internet. Account: 1165631
