@xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.

@ICcrapdaily @Xplornetsuppor1 @MarkReid42 *Xplornet Support* Dude literally fronts a company that wouldn't exist if not for tax payer subsidies. The CEO is literally Mark Carney and Trudeau's buddy.

Do you even have tech support available?! I called in an wait for 46 minutes this morning. 1 hour 15 minutes tonight, and at 20 minutes now with no response! This is unacceptable! I'm so ready to leave this service. ๐Ÿ˜ก @xplore_ca

Having Videotron expand to Manitoba covers up for the government's failure in the Bell/MTS deal to maintain a fourth wireless provider in that province. Bell sold some MTS customers and spectrum to Xplornet, but Xplornet Mobile shut down last year.

@tammyrobert @SaskTel What really kills me with SaskTel though is their employees' assertion that no private company would provide service in rural SK (which they don't, either). Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.

@Mullin_95 I always had great service from Netset, until they sold out to Xplorenet. Xplornet is the best advertising for Rfnow! @RFNOW_Inc RFnow has the same good service as the old Netset.
