Starlink definitely seems the way. Hopefully they can sort out the issues with their satellites being visible in the night sky 👍

So glad a Tech came out 3 weeks ago and "fixed" it. Perhaps it is what I have said 100 or more times, the equipment doesn't work properly!!

The way this company is run is terrible, and the service is aweful. This is why you have lost another customer.

MAYBE if you stopped outsourcing your customer relations and tech support it would go much smoother- I pay almost $100/month; and the service you provide is far from it.
