Experience things like 2010 technology, little to no bandwidth, frequent outages, no customer care, tiny data caps, horrible twitter marketing, bigger bills with no upgrades, etc...

Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported@Xplornet, you post about your service upgrades but the majority of people I've spoken to had experiences that mirror my own: slow and unreliable service and long wait times for phone support only to be told "restart it" and when then doesn't work, schedule a tech for days later.

Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported@clothmuffin @Xplornet As an ex-Xplornet victim myself, I was warned that "Starlink is a beta service and may not live up to your expectations". Just popping in to say that it's been fantastic compared to Xplornet. Speeds that are actually usable and a lot more stable. I didn't hesitate to cancel.
