Another great Customer Service experience for me with @Xplornet @XplornetSupport ...In remote regions, it’s not easy getting internet, but no matter where you are, good customer service is something to appreciate 👍

@Xplornet can someone explain why a house with no service for 3 yrs still gets charged every month, and then you will not credit the time back? #poor service # wouldnotreccomend
