Another great Customer Service experience for me with @Xplornet @XplornetSupport ...In remote regions, it’s not easy getting internet, but no matter where you are, good customer service is something to appreciate 👍

@Xplornet @chriswtburke A) they're not sorry, and B) if you do provide them with your account info, they'll block you from contacting support in the future. This company provides an awful service, and then refuses to actually offer any support or assistance.

@Xplornet I am at the end of my rope. Every day a customer service agent gives me a new reason that my internet is less than 1MB. Apparently, even in November on a clear, sunny day, it's wind, rain, and foliage that are the issue. We pay for a service. Deliver it. It's that easy
