-
James Carruthers (@HydraulicDesign) reported@xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.
-
Cee Littlelight (@sarCeeLight) reportedFinally got some wifi. Hopefully Telus pulls through, Xplornet is horrible lol.
-
Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported@Addy_Bo @CBCNS @nsgov Yup, definitely rural... although not by much. Less than 10 minutes to the 102 highway. Xplornet "delivered" "highspeed" LTE service to the area...
-
Andrea Galante (@AndreaGal67) reported@altimaguy11 The issue is that the Xplornet didn't have the speed or download capability. We have no cell signal where I live so EVERYTHING runs through Starlink...all cell phones (talk and text), internet, VOIP phone, streaming and computers. Seamlessly.
-
CJH (@CJH39493411) reported@xplore_ca I would but I’ve already talked to your people but apparently when you bought out my internet provider you trained 0 of your people on the system so support is basically non existent. Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?
-
Smokey Bull 😤 (@KingPearye) reported@ReidLaxn @Bell Check Xplornet and Shaw.. they are deploying in rural 🇨🇦 these days. Starlink is too slow and costs more.. I am in rural Quebec and never thought I would have FTTH at 500mbps at $70/month, but it came last summer.
-
CrustyOldFucker (@crustyoldfucker) reportedSo disappointed in the Government of New Brunswick. They are going to hand pick a few houses to receive the Starlink Rebate so they can say they helped. Total bullshit. Most people like myself have waited 18 years for something dependable and fast. Xplornet sucks plain and simple
-
Ginny girl ☯️ (@MJcalifornia3) reported@xplore_ca once again, my internet is down… has been all weekend. Once again, I’m on hold for over an hour AND I’m doing the work for them. Do I get the wages for doing the techs work? #xplore_ca sucks😑
-
Tim Mac (@TimMac1173045) reported@xplore_ca Everyone could have got Starlink and no one needed to get free money for that. Stupid corrupt government and the company is no better.
-
Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reportedDear #CRTC Journo's, Words (and people) are coming to me asking if I know anything about Xplornet ending their service in Nunavut (this is what they are being told). Any info? CC: @thewirereport @CarttCa
