Iβm close to the Xplornet tower at 28 side road and even so, itβs hard to even do basic stuff at times.

Currently it is OFF peak time for me, according to customer service. Still bad laggy internet. Ive had ALL your available packages and no difference.

I use to be stuck with Xplornet that advertised 10/1 as the best speeds for my area, yet rarely ever got more than 3 - 4 down/1 up. Starlink is on a completely different level,β¦

Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reportedEveryone knows Xplore/Xplornet isn't good enough. The file even says so! They suck. Yet Telus tells people to use this option. Why? There's going to be problems that can affect life & death situations here. #CRTC
