Looks like you can't just cancel your xplornet services on you own via their website, they make you call them. Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

@xplore_ca Not enough towers, prices that are legitimately out of this world for the service offered. Thereโ€™s no other companies out here though so you have no other option. They know this and take advantage which is why thereโ€™s a class action against them right now

@xplore_ca Where exactly was the train derailment that has impacted xplore internet over the past day? You need better support and communication to customers and businesses using your services about outages.

@xplore_ca I would but Iโ€™ve already talked to your people but apparently when you bought out my internet provider you trained 0 of your people on the system so support is basically non existent. Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?

@bobs_626 @FringedCanuck @Starlink First outage in 3 years......I guess I shouldn't *****. I used to be with Xplornet. On the phone twice a week with those Bastards.

@ClimateSadie Lots of issues with XplorNet from users. We have had it before and the cost versus speed and limitations on data usage were real tough. Most people that I know who had XplorNet in communities didn't keep it.
