Reid Carter (@re_carter) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@XplornetSupport xplornet has over sold our tower so I am paying a ridiculous amount of money for a service I am not receiving as a consumer this is aggravating. 24mb/s is my plan on any given day we are only getting 1-2mb/s. Get it together you need to be doing better.

🇺🇦 Mr Croft 🇺🇦 (@pcroft) reported@xplore_ca your brief 4 question survey doesn’t help. Your internet sucks! That isn’t an option. Tech support is no help and corp office is not calling about my case! Would I recommend you to a friend? That is a HARD NO!

peter sutherland (@pandamoan) reportedWhat’s up Xplornet? You’re putting out a signal as reliable as a deadbeat Dad. Too little, too late. No acknowledgement. Outsourced reporting of outages. But premium prices. WTF from K0K3K0.

Lucian (@LucianFilm) reported@xplore_ca We have the internet down for the past few hours in PEI, any updates regarding that?

Arpad Hild (@zotfot) reported@Penny36274714 @reaIDonaIdTru_ Well I had xplornet and was paying $140 for 300 GB but I switched to landline internet with telus and now I pay $70 a month with a home phone and get unlimited data and much better service now too

AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca Its actually IMPOSSIBLE to meet any deadlines with this quality. Moving is not an option. This is not my problem. Its pretty sad when employees admit the over-crowed panels that customers are on.

Jason Wright (@JasonDwright2) reported@issaibahim84 @Bell_Support StarLink is 140.00 a month. We are up over 450 mbs on a Gen2 receiver. The Mini we have on the trucks ,we are seldom under 350 mbs even doing 65 mph down the highway. We had Bell,it went down more than my ex wife, samething with Xplornet,Telus. Starlink has been the best to date.

Tybernicus (@Tybernicus17) reported@LeoNasau @thinking_panda Yep. 36,000km is the same as the Telesat satellites that were support Xplornet sat internet. My average latency was 670ms with that gear. Useless tech. Starlink: 550km from earth Telesat: 36,000km from earth.

Jo Watier (@kowalat) reported@MtlYlavoie @simard_colette He was the only way we could get decent, fast, reliable Internet after Xplornet. With Xplornet it took between 2-3 minutes just to go from one email to the next. Speed was crap but with Starlink lightning fast. We only got rid in September because Bell Fibe arrived,

Mayor of Thunderhill (@Mullin_95) reported from Swan River, Manitoba@darrell88384848 @jayDouc3tt3 @BambinoJalapeno My only options for internet here are xplornet and Starlink , or hotspot my phone which would would require a cell booster because the cell signal is non existent.
