@XplornetSupport xplornet has over sold our tower so I am paying a ridiculous amount of money for a service I am not receiving as a consumer this is aggravating. 24mb/s is my plan on any given day we are only getting 1-2mb/s. Get it together you need to be doing better.

@Xplornet service is typically very good at my house. Today it’s absolute trash, and at the exact time I’m trying to stream a ball game. Get your **** together and do better.

  • HolmesWil William Holmes (@HolmesWil) reported

@Xplornet Service call result: there has been ongoing work on our tower. No ETA on when service will be be back up. $30 credit per month for unusable service....

  • HolmesWil William Holmes (@HolmesWil) reported

@laxdad30 @Xplornet Yet again my 10 Mbps service is also down to 0.5 Mbps.

  • marshmat Matt Marsh (@marshmat) reported

So @Xplornet umm, you know the "our wait times are insane tonight so we'll hold your place in line and call you back" function on your tech support line has been completely and utterly broken for three years, right?

  • CowInverted InvertedCow (@CowInverted) reported

@Xplornet That is actually the Xplornet customer service team hard at work

  • Totalnick56 Nicolas Caporicci (@Totalnick56) reported

@Xplornet I waited 35 minutes on the line then I choose the callback service and when you call, you hang up after one ring… can I just get more than 1 mbps when I pay for 50!!!

  • marshmat Matt Marsh (@marshmat) reported

@Xplornet @EORN_CA ....on Kepler tower (Sydenham ON). ECI 05E1101 if you're curious. Issue 3. Your call centre system, if overwhelmed, says "we'll hold your place in line and call you back." But that system broke three years ago and you never fixed it. If the lines aren't answered....

  • alfred131 alfred dockstader (@alfred131) reported

@Xplornet This picture wont even load on your service lol

  • marshmat Matt Marsh (@marshmat) reported

@Xplornet @EORN_CA ...industry works. Scheduled outages are planned, and have a definite duration, and are done during non-disruptive hours. (Industry norm is midnight to 5am unless physically going up the tower is needed.) Issue 2: When you're making a change in production, you test it....

  • MikeSpring2 Mike Spring (@MikeSpring2) reported

@Xplornet so my internet has now been down for 7 hours. What's going on
