    @XplornetSupport xplornet has over sold our tower so I am paying a ridiculous amount of money for a service I am not receiving as a consumer this is aggravating. 24mb/s is my plan on any given day we are only getting 1-2mb/s. Get it together you need to be doing better.

    @xplore_ca are you experiencing an outage? I’ve tried connecting through an Ethernet cable (no luck), I’ve done a power cycle, I checked my account to make sure it was nothing on my end. Why haven’t I had internet for longer than an hour since before Christmas? #xplorenet

    @rich_sherri @Eastlink @Bell_Aliant My Dad had xplornet because that was all they could get in wentworth and it was expensive and terrible service!!😩

    @xplore_ca why does it take 2+ hours to get ahold of customer service and there's no callback option??? And why wouldn't you warn people that the equipment is overheating so you had to power it down, instead of just shutting it off without saying anything and causing chaos???

    @JonnyBowhunter I get junk mail from Bell and Rogers in the mailbox constantly for wireless internet, they’ve both came out and did the same ‘sorry no signal’ routine. My wife has a Roger’s cellphone and I have a Bell cellphone and both get better signal than our current Xplornet internet.

    @xplore_ca, when will you guys restore the Internet service in Standoff? No service for almost 24 hours? I called support and left 3 VM, and no update so far.

    Help! Using Arlo camera system at farm 45 min away near SK border to monitor cow feed and H2O.Sasktel installed a new tower. Telus Smart Hub bounces between Telus and Sasktel tower. Result: deactivation of hub. Xplornet is full Starlink is $ (already have at home) options?

    @xplore_ca WTF??? Is this why there's an increase on my bill? So you guys can drive brand new trucks?
