Its amazing how much @Xplornet cares for their customers. After multiple tweets, emails, phone calls(with no answer or call backs) I still haven't heard from them or been provided the service that I am paying for. Lucky for me the CRTC seems to have taken my complaint serious

@Xplornet Seriously... I’ve been on hold for 3 hours trying to get someone to check my satellite and this is what you guys post... you obviously are way way out in left field when it comes to customer service.. what is going on with your company

@Xplornet Since you are delivering a steady 30.9 KB/s I suppose I should cancel all of my streaming subscriptions, and dust off my old 28.8 baud dial-up modem b/c I sure as hell can't watch anything. You should be ashamed of the "service" you "provide".

@justin_maybe Interesting prospect. Curious as to whether this sort of model would have more luck increasing internet access to rural areas than the Province's partnership with xplornet. Then again, the residents most in need of service are also the least likely to live in a municipality.

@Xplornet I have been reduced to privately facebook messaging the local tech because your rep refused to contact or provide contact information for him. This is beyond unacceptable. You service a large part of NB, not providing immediate action is atrocious.

@Xplornet Called tech last night & this morn. My internet is still bad, & at times, stopped. Seemed to be fixed, but 30 min later it is right back to where it was. Disappointing!!! I'm tired of sitting on the phone listening to why you want me to believe my speeds are so slow.

@xplornet with a large majority of folks working from home, how is it possible that you can’t send someone out to fix my internet before the start of my work week? You are affecting my ability to earn income, I NEED HELP NOW. Can you get someone here?

@madinuk @FrankReardon1 Im not trying to minimize your concerns but the vast majority of rural Canadians are unable to connect. Our county council for example just spent 2M with xplornet to introduce LTE service, its $99/month for 25mbps. I just got online, I had previously had 1mbps for the same price

@DavidColetto And it is still utter garbage... Well done @Xplornet keeping shareholders happy and customers with crap internet. Let me just say using 2 towers with the same frequency was a bad idea....
