    @xplornet so I have been able to confirm tonight that the problem is in fact with YOUR TOWER! It is known to over congested!!! And apparently @xplornet knows it needs a new tower… and it’s planned for Q3, 2022!!!! I need a solutionNOW not in 12 months.

    @Xplornet Dear @Xplornet, I took your advice.spent last 60+ minutes on phone-trouble shoot with 3 people I can’t undrstnd.the service is now 0.07. So I win a prize for record low 0.07/10??? Are you going to charge me 70 cents/month instead of $100? ( I prefer get 100% service & pay $100/mo

    @Xplornet is by far the worst customer service out of any company I’ve ever dealt with. They provide a service that over time gets worse yet they continue to add a small charges every few months to the bill. When there is issues they will not reply back to any emails. #brutal

    @SucksXplornet You can cheat with Xplornet but you cannot cheat with Bell or Rogers but you can only cheat bell and Rogers with 5G Service unlike with Xplornet where I cheated then through algorithms

    @SucksXplornet If I ever do get mail from Xplornet it’s likely something very suspicious 😒 but then I just have to not tell anyone so I don’t lose my iPhone 📱 and let my parents deal with and take care of their own issues just like I take care of mine

    @SucksXplornet Xplornet isn’t a home 🏡 it’s a service and to treat it like 👍 a home 🏡 is a very selfish way to drive their own customers away

    @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

    @lcmacewen @Xplornet Just call support and threaten to change plans. Works with every service provider. They’ll offer you some discount or some other offer.

    @Bell and @Xplornet were down for about 30 mins in Crysler, about 35 mins. south east of Ottawa.
