    @xplornet so I have been able to confirm tonight that the problem is in fact with YOUR TOWER! It is known to over congested!!! And apparently @xplornet knows it needs a new tower… and it’s planned for Q3, 2022!!!! I need a solutionNOW not in 12 months.

    @Xplornet So instead of solving problem you turned my service off all together?? @Xplornet ?? I actually need a phone in order my elderly mother and mother-in-law (both widows) can reach me when they need to! You talked me to adding phone via my internet and now I have NO service!!!

    @Xplornet Dear @Xplornet, I took your advice.spent last 60+ minutes on phone-trouble shoot with 3 people I can’t undrstnd.the service is now 0.07. So I win a prize for record low 0.07/10??? Are you going to charge me 70 cents/month instead of $100? ( I prefer get 100% service & pay $100/mo

    Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet

    @tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

    E-Clip It Solutions in Saskatoon was the installer. Jeff, I expect better from you. This is just insulting, considering that run of cable was installed prior and re-used for the Xplornet radio. You just guaranteed I will never hire you or your company for any jobs ever again.
