I actually need a phone in order my elderly mother and mother-in-law (both widows) can reach me when they need to! You talked me to adding phone via my internet and now I have NO service!!!

And apparently @xplornet knows it needs a new tower… and it’s planned for Q3, 2022!!!! I need a solutionNOW not in 12 months.

At another property in '98 promised DSL in 6 months by Bell. Today, only Xplornet satellite (which is **** and very expensive) or Starlink.

You can’t fix my problem till you fix the tower. Most of the people in my area are switching over to star link. I will too this spring.
