AC (@GroulxGrant) reported from Nipissing, Ontario. @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

Mat (@dirtyspades) reported@Xplornet is by far the worst customer service out of any company I’ve ever dealt with. They provide a service that over time gets worse yet they continue to add a small charges every few months to the bill. When there is issues they will not reply back to any emails. #brutal

Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward IslandOur new power line poles are at 60 meter spacings - perfect for stringing cable. @Bell_Aliant has abandoned us to @Xplornet, and @Xplornet has yet to show any initiative in extending service. We are starved for decent broadband and would switch in a heartbeat.
