It's been one hell of a ride @Xplornet. One I would not wish on anybody. I spend about an hour weekly doing system reboots. Just a garbage product.

I would not recommend Xplornet to my worst enemy. Quit advertising faster speeds until you ACTUALLY have them. Peak times are atrocious.

Spenser Hamilton (@OtherSpenny) reported@JonnyBowhunter I get junk mail from Bell and Rogers in the mailbox constantly for wireless internet, they’ve both came out and did the same ‘sorry no signal’ routine. My wife has a Roger’s cellphone and I have a Bell cellphone and both get better signal than our current Xplornet internet.

G. Louise (@Shuswapgigi) reported@MrStache9 We have Starlink and we like it. We live rural so our options were limited and what we had was very poor in both cost and effectiveness. Starlink was super easy to set up and works reliably well. It costs us $156 a month which is more that xplornet but I wouldn't go back!

Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

Derek McLean (@dmclean82) reported@xplore_ca so far a 24 hour service outage in my area. No notifications from xplore as to why, or how long. Just wasting space talking about electric cars. For anyone else tired of this company please file a complaint with ccts and maybe better business bureau.

Bigwifi.ca (@BigwifiCa) reportedTofield** Telus service tonight 1-5 am Telus is working on their router in Tofield over night and they expect brief outages on all services . This may effect Xplornet, Telus , Big Wifi , and Eastlink.

This guy says the leaves on the trees make it an "unsuitable location for high-speed". Did the tower move? No. My house? No.

Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?
