It's been one hell of a ride @Xplornet. One I would not wish on anybody. I spend about an hour weekly doing system reboots. Just a garbage product.

I would not recommend Xplornet to my worst enemy. Quit advertising faster speeds until you ACTUALLY have them. Peak times are atrocious.

Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?

Currently it is OFF peak time for me, according to customer service. Still bad laggy internet. Ive had ALL your available packages and no difference.
