It's been one hell of a ride @Xplornet. One I would not wish on anybody. I spend about an hour weekly doing system reboots. Just a garbage product.

I would not recommend Xplornet to my worst enemy. Quit advertising faster speeds until you ACTUALLY have them. Peak times are atrocious.

Starlink was super easy to set up and works reliably well. It costs us $156 a month which is more that xplornet but I wouldn't go back!

Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?

Ed DeBruyn (@debruyn_ed) reported@ConsumerSOS The inhabitants of Pretty River Valley, near Collingwood, Ontario, kneel before God of Elon because Bell, Rogers, Telus, & Xplornet can not provide cellular/internet service even close to what StarLink Satelite service provides. Yet 🇨🇦’s pay highest fees in world. Good travels!

CityyGal (@LLowney49) reportedI had @xplornet, the service was terrible, usually single digit download speeds when it worked at all, so I canceled it. I am 73 years old and they expect me to climb up on my roof to retrieve a piece off the dish or they are going to charge me $500. #xplornetsucks
