@Greater_Napanee We live on Hwy 2 by Morvin we have Xplornet it sucks rarely do we have internet at night and a lot of days it’s in and out we sure will be glad if they bring the fibre optics out this way at least we will be paying for something that works Xplornet sucks for reliability for 4$$$

@Xplornet I will be cancelling my LTE at home end of the month. My prayers have been answered with the availability of fibe at 500/100 for LESS than it pay for maybe 9/.5 The satellite will be addressed next. $45 a month for service suspension? Wtf

This will be the 3rd time that our phone service from @xplornet has been discovered not working after someone tried to call us and then afterwards let us know. That is besides the rain-fade Internet and garbled voice messages. #poorservice

@aartipole Mom's internet is with Xplornet. It's been down 5 days now. Both of our cell phones are with Bell. Slow and glitchy, barely usable for 5 days as well. We won't get Rogers 5 day credit as we aren't their customer. No info from Xplornet or Bell about a credit or restoration time

@prinzadelbart @FrankReardon1 @3Ayaruak My service is not too bad for reliability. It might be slower with less GB than Frank's though, Xplornet let me know before I'm not in the same zone for their newer satellite
