    @Xplornet didn’t replace their faulty equipment like I asked them to do months ago, said I just needed a realignment. Now it’s completely broken and I’m still expected to pay full price for a service I won’t be getting at all until at least Tuesday. #xplornetsucks

    @Xplornet During pandemic when husband & sons had to work/study from home, we rarely went to our cottage cuz Xplornet was so damn slow & unreliable despite various tech visits.We upgraded to almost $100/month last summer,still awful. Just switched isp,new service is cheaper,fast&reliable.

    @Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

    @Xplornet Your internet is down horrible. We only get a tenth of what we are supposed to get, and I can't even play a simple 5 minute game of Destiny. You better update your service soon with higher speeds, and lower latency. Starlink will put you guys out of business in a second

    @livingwithabuse @Xplornet Honestly, Nicola, I'm so angry. We called them multiple times before we moved & even though we were told they shouldn't have, they promised us we'd have internet. Now what? I can't even do a therapy appt. & had to cancel todays. 😭😭😭

I was livid like how do you really **** this up & then not let me access MY account. With MY info 😶😶😶”policies”

    @davinalytle @Xplornet I bet they blame it on covid. A lot of businesses are using it as an excuse to provide crappy customer service and crappy shipping. Get it together @Xplornet
