    @xplore_ca your brief 4 question survey doesn’t help. Your internet sucks! That isn’t an option. Tech support is no help and corp office is not calling about my case! Would I recommend you to a friend? That is a HARD NO!

    @xplore_ca how does one get ahold of your support team? Won't answer to the online portal, phone calls are left on hold. Now resorting to email request.

    @tammyrobert @SaskTel What really kills me with SaskTel though is their employees' assertion that no private company would provide service in rural SK (which they don't, either). Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.

    @MtlYlavoie @simard_colette He was the only way we could get decent, fast, reliable Internet after Xplornet. With Xplornet it took between 2-3 minutes just to go from one email to the next. Speed was crap but with Starlink lightning fast. We only got rid in September because Bell Fibe arrived,

    @xplore_ca You need to fix your internet it's getting really annoying I use YouTube to help me sleep and it never works I try resetting and nothing

    @xplore_ca so far a 24 hour service outage in my area. No notifications from xplore as to why, or how long. Just wasting space talking about electric cars. For anyone else tired of this company please file a complaint with ccts and maybe better business bureau.

    lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?
