@Xplornet I'm at a loss. No internet for the 4th week. First tech would not accept service request because I was not in their service area. Second tech unable to repair as he does not have equipment to repair Satelite LTE. What's next?

@downdetector xplornet very awful today. My College son can't do his schoolwork. He's paying for his courses and we're paying xplornet for service that is not good everyday. I could understand once in awhile but this is ridiculous--BTW, it's not our equipment.

@Xplornet @SucksXplornet You can tell almost literally the moment when people have got up, because the internet service is lost. Immediately. 9:30am on Saturday. Mental note. #shittyinternet #toomanyusers #lowqualityinternet

  • SleepingLogic Sleeping Logic™ (@SleepingLogic) reported

@Xplornet The second day I will have to make a tweet, wifi is outrageously slow and I’m now thinking of just calling another provider

  • lauren_blogger1 My So-Called Perspective (@lauren_blogger1) reported

@Xplornet I have called a number of times regarding our issues. I’ve done the unplug/ plug back in thing, the speed test, the plugging directly in to my computer, checking hardware, checking how many devices are using wifi...etc etc. It’s changed nothing.

  • Twinntech Dan Twinn (@Twinntech) reported

@Xplornet down again. Thought I was going to hear from someone in escalated support team. So far no.

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

@Xplornet so one again in the middle of a zoom school classroom your “service” is not available. This is complete bullshit!!

  • jennfh Jenn (@jennfh) reported

@Xplornet it would be fabulous customer service to use social media to inform customers of known outages ...responding with suggestion to call technicians just overloads your reps for absolutely no reason... Just a thought🤔
