            Cavan, Ontario@xplornet so I have been able to confirm tonight that the problem is in fact with YOUR TOWER! It is known to over congested!!! And apparently @xplornet knows it needs a new tower… and it’s planned for Q3, 2022!!!! I need a solutionNOW not in 12 months.

My internet is @ 0.07 speed and I cannot use it. Your tower is overloaded and new tower is expected Q3. 2022. Please fix NOW!!!!

So I win a prize for record low 0.07/10??? Are you going to charge me 70 cents/month instead of $100? ( I prefer get 100% service & pay $100/mo

I actually need a phone in order my elderly mother and mother-in-law (both widows) can reach me when they need to! You talked me to adding phone via my internet and now I have NO service!!!
