You can’t fix my problem till you fix the tower. Most of the people in my area are switching over to star link. I will too this spring.

Had Xplornet (garbage), then Rogers Rocket hub (great speed but expensive), then Netago local company out of Hanna (was overall good, company sold to Telus and I hate Telus)

Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.

Currently it is OFF peak time for me, according to customer service. Still bad laggy internet. Ive had ALL your available packages and no difference.
