@divinebovine1 Xplornet. Been there and done that. Worst experience ever. Had to get a lawyer cause they kept charging my credit card. They didnt make it easy

@aartipole Mom's internet is with Xplornet. It's been down 5 days now. Both of our cell phones are with Bell. Slow and glitchy, barely usable for 5 days as well. We won't get Rogers 5 day credit as we aren't their customer. No info from Xplornet or Bell about a credit or restoration time

@prinzadelbart @FrankReardon1 @3Ayaruak My service is not too bad for reliability. It might be slower with less GB than Frank's though, Xplornet let me know before I'm not in the same zone for their newer satellite

@Taylor18Petty @Xplornet And of course good luck getting through to anyone. Been on the damn phone with them all morning and keep getting hung up on every 20 minutes, so have to restart the call... Worst ISP ever.

@Xplornet I always do and they can’t do much. Always a short temporary solution. Your internet is terribly unreliable speed wise esp. during high tourism times in high tourism rural communities. Overloaded.

@Xplornet I will be cancelling my LTE at home end of the month. My prayers have been answered with the availability of fibe at 500/100 for LESS than it pay for maybe 9/.5 The satellite will be addressed next. $45 a month for service suspension? Wtf
