(1/2) Thx for NOTHING @Xplornet Tech came out and said only fix is to put dish in in ground pole. “They’re next to impossible to find. Call us when you find it and have it installed”. So now NO internet for weeks or more.

@ConnexCanada Nothing against this company. But you shouldn’t have ANYONE install @Xplornet as they’re the worst provider in the history of the internet. Ever. Of all time.

@Xplornet And then boast about the service when half the towers are oversold from your lack of care and you could care less about the customers you only care about making money and only upgrading the network if necessary maybe it will be upgraded to provide 50 in June
