@pgarvpoultry @BotTheWrongDip We recently switched. Xplornet never worked properly. Every day this past year it would not work for hours and we paid a lot & it was so slow, couldn’t watch netflix. Had several “repairs” but it was still awful. We switched to a competitor that’s fast, reliable & cheaper.

Extremely poor customer service and poor organisation/coordination from @Xplornet. Had internet lined-up in advance for install, took the day off & no one showed. Called to inquire why, received excuses—no one called to tell me this, I waited all day.

@AntibioticDoc Us in a terrible position and potentially exposed us. When hubs asked if he was vaxxed he said "no but I don't socialize". Mmhmm. But he probably goes into every home unmasked?? I was masked and quite upset. Very pregnant with complications. We complained but nothing. @Xplornet
