Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

Tibalt Ablaze. (@Ansovald) reported@xplore_ca Found the issue, you guys did some tower work in my area during the day but still had no internet when I got home late Friday, the issue was the cable that ran from dish on my roof to my power box ( p.o.e box) came unplugged.

I’m close to the Xplornet tower at 28 side road and even so, it’s hard to even do basic stuff at times.

High Caliber (@RealHICALIBER) reported@PersonNotGroup @TheQuartering We got the same service Jeremy has (starlink) or we couldn't have done what he did. We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.
