@LovelyLadyLinda @Xplornet They have great customer service. I was struggling financially last year and they worked with me while I got back on my feet. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. I won’t forget it.

  • LovelyLadyLinda Elle (@LovelyLadyLinda) reported

My @Xplornet equpt was replaced on Sat. Since then getting 1/10 my package speed due to multiple errors. Several calls to techs, lost working time. So far 6 days of not getting what I am paying for due to @Xplornet errors.

@Xplornet oh my apologies, I was referring to 12 years ago when we lived in the countryside. The biggest issue was wind & the dish moving & it was terrible service, more to do with the area I believe than your service, which had the best customer service actually. I should’ve clarified 🙏

  • LovelyLadyLinda Elle (@LovelyLadyLinda) reported

@Xplornet The speed has been restore but due to company errors I did not have it Saturday post eqpt replacement till this morning. A credit for the 5 days is the appropriate actions.

  • MATT627 Crumpy (@MATT627) reported

@LovelyLadyLinda @Xplornet The appropriate actions would be a working internet service but that won't happen with these guys

@Xplornet Yo fix your ****, me and my boy are trying to drop bombs on kids in Verdansk and we can't because his internet ain't working. Thanks piiiiimp

  • marshmat Matt Marsh (@marshmat) reported

@Xplornet @EORN_CA ...industry works. Scheduled outages are planned, and have a definite duration, and are done during non-disruptive hours. (Industry norm is midnight to 5am unless physically going up the tower is needed.) Issue 2: When you're making a change in production, you test it....

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@lepp Well I did come across a couple of Bell VP's that had 1) Xplornet and 2) Videotron because Bell's service sucked for them. Yes, they had a nice big discount, but not free they said. We'll know this week which one is fake! ;) Either way I think positions are open on both!
