@Xplornet Then putting in a service request online it took 2 days for Xplornet to respond. Once they did they advised they would send back the same useless company to investigate and you will hear in 24-48hrs.

@CHCHNews can the government get on rural internet service providers example @xplornet and get them to un-throttle their customers, kids miss their lessons because the internet is so slow. I know I'm not the only parent struggling with this problem.

@Xplornet People that run this company or a straight up scum bags I got an email yesterday from them saying that they will increase their service rate in March!! how generous and kind of them. they want more money in the middle of a pandemic!!!😡😡

@Xplornet Why has internet in the national capital region of Canada been down for hours? Do you not know many people are working from home due to Covid and require internet service?
