Andrea Galante (@AndreaGal67) reported@altimaguy11 The issue is that the Xplornet didn't have the speed or download capability. We have no cell signal where I live so EVERYTHING runs through Starlink...all cell phones (talk and text), internet, VOIP phone, streaming and computers. Seamlessly.

Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.

Indubitably Tho (@IndubitablyTho) reported@preta_6 With Starlink, while not as fast as Telus fibre (right now), you can look forward to incremental upgrades in speed, and equipment, over time. I suggested to a client suffering with only the choice of Xplornet (crap speed + outages) switch to Starlink back in 2020. Installation couldn't have been easier and reliability of his Internet connection immediately stabilized. Everything has got better since, including being sent the latest hardware for free. Starlink's plans for continuously upgrading their satellite constellation were the deal maker for me - and should be for others suffering under Xplornet.

Ally Bryant (@Eh_Bee_Sea) reportedNo one answering @xplore_ca "24-7" customer support line. 3 or 4 tries in the last week... on hold indefinitely. The same song plays over and over and over. Email support? Auto-reply that a "case has been opened" with no details or information about actually getting service.
