They will ONLY assist you if you have access to a signal and you call them and wait an hour to get a rep. They are instructed to deliver nothing of value via email/DM- phone only

Derek Gould (@dgouldca) reported@kristinaennis Just seeing this now; for some reason I had tweets from you muted! Starlink is now available. Not cheap, but excellent service. Just set it up at my cabin a couple weeks ago, way faster than xplornet or cell.

He said when I expressed costs already personally incurred with frustration that if I was not going to be professional he would end the call.
