L (@RoxanneCWhiting) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@WhoBelongs @Bell_Support Exactly. Or the... it’s a 3 month free trial but YOU have to call and cancel before the end of the 3 month time frame. No one remembers. So I say. Ok I’ll take the 3 months and give you permission to cancel at the end of 3 month.. OH SORRY YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK TO CANCEL
-
Pierre Ferland (@PierreTFO) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell is sending me an email to answer a survey about "service experience". I clicked on the link to find out that the survey is "currently not available, please try again". I think this answers the question about their level of services... #EpicFail

Hisham Qaddoumi (@hqaddomi) reported from Mississauga, OntarioI woke up this morning to find that my #Bell internet is down! After many trials I called @Bell_Support to find out that my area has an outage. No email, no text message and they told me that they posted it on the website but I couldn't find it anywhere! Really?
-
Johnny B (@jwbtweets) reported from Brampton, Ontario@Bell just had a very frustrating experience with your Philippines based call centre. Shame on you, I pay an exorbitant amount for services and you don't even hire Canadians to provide customer service/support. #corporateaccountability #corporategreed
-
AJ (@AJHorfilla88) reported from Mississauga, OntarioI’m so fckng stressed out that @Bell is asking us to pay a $500 bill for an Internet account that we never ask for to install. 😳
-
Robert Montemurro (@rmontemurro1) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell @Bell_Support You guys suck! I can’t believe you are still in business. @rogers is a far better company with great service. If anyone is considering opening an account with bell think again. Please!!
-
Nicholas Koshman (@soccerboy1491) reported from Brampton, OntarioHey @Bell_Support There a problem with service in Brampton? I’ve been without internet & tv for past half hour.

James Rubec (@JamesRRubec) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell The continued journey to find good internet returns #Mississauga @steve_cornwell Internet with Bell has been down all morning. I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.
-
Danielle (@danlanaddy) reported from Mississauga, OntarioDon’t mind the GIANT cable line hanging in the middle of the pictures. Thanks to @Bell it appears that may be a permanent fixture with their service... has been for almost 6 MONTHS!! Back to @Rogers 👏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼
-
SANGARRRRRRRRRRRRR (@Sxngar) reported from Brampton, Ontario@BroHogPlays @Bell_Support But the thing is, with bell u actually get what u pay for. Rogers is good on day 1, but day 2 of getting it installed, they literally throttle ur shit

Lino Ventresca (@ventrescalino) reported from Brampton, Ontario@680NEWS @Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s about time. Canada has the worst wireless rates of any G20 nation. But 25% reduction in two years isn’t enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates
-
B-rant (@brant613) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell_Support Hi Bell. FYI internet is down. Tried calling 310-BELL. Busy signal. Might want to look into that too. #bellisdown #bellfibe #Apocalypse #nowifi #nointernet #sad
Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
kvn (@kvndws) reported@TorontoFC @Bell If we drop points, cancel this and next season
-
Kevin MacKenzie (@kevthegrad) reported@Rogers @Bell dear telecommunications Giants, as somebody who drives between Peterborough Ontario and York region every single day, I just wanted to ask how it is conceivable in 2026 that I cannot maintain a phone call along Highway 115 without signal death !?!? Fix your towers!
-
Pixel (@dizzylazypixel) reported@TekSavvyCSR everyone should switch to Rogers now! @Bell_Support is having multiple issues with outages this month! Unreliable service!! 😩
-
green beee (@greenbeee1) reported@Bell I'm still getting a call back every single day. This is ridiculous. I will have to cancel my business service.
-
Tony Reale (@toreal72) reported@bell service is that worst and they’re technicians are even worse
-
Noa (@ironsightforge) reported@Calibremag @Mike_McD5511 @Bell Because the original Bell company that spanned both countries got broken up by US anti-trust laws The smaller companies that came out of it were often referred to as "Baby Bells"
-
Douglas Mark (@DouglasJMark) reportedCalled Bell again and they say they’ll “escalate it” and “maybe” have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today. We fell a little like this image portrays 🤬 @Bell @Bell_Support Please help us now! Our patients deserve it.
-
Sixth Wind (@AlgomaHighlands) reported@Bell Counting down the days until the new Internet company hooks us up and no longer have to deal with bell
-
Sovereign Bladekiss | Sommelier VTuber 🍷 (@sovbladekiss) reportedNot often one to be an angry customer, but here's a solid piece of advice for @Bell_Support: Take that AI chatbot offline and stick to exclusively human technical support, your bot is utterly useless. My router's power supply cable failed, but the AI refused to understand it.
-
Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Bell, can you explain whether this $6 increase is legally permitted under the terms of our service agreements? Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.
