I’m looking to open a new account and after two hours in a bell store and 55 minutes on the phone with 5 different people I’m still not done. They keep transferring me to the wrong department. I hope they have a look at it then earliest, my phone services are surviving on wifi at this moment . Calls are dropping, and it’s cellular data is not working at all.

Worst of all, female from the bell fraud department dropped the phone line on my face.

Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.
