I hope they have a look at it then earliest, my phone services are surviving on wifi at this moment . Calls are dropping, and it’s cellular data is not working at all.

We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. Tech said there was no reason they couldn't resolve it. Also let us know that all support is done from the Philippines & they're #1 goal is to get you off the line ASAP.
