Chuck (@ChuckFarmer) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell_Support we just upgraded to Fibe today and now we are down. No TV or internet for a fam of 7 until tomorrow? And I work from home. Not good postinstall support. What do I tell coworkers when they ask about Fibe?
-
Marco Joshua Braam (@MarcoJBraam) reported from Brampton, OntarioAnother "Not my problem" experience with @Bell_Support . Tech says there's no lines left so has to downgrade our service in order to stabilize it. Bell won't fix the infrastructure until they can bring in Fiber to the neighborhood, not any time soon. #Monopolywithnoaccountability

L (@RoxanneCWhiting) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@WhoBelongs @Bell_Support Exactly. Or the... it’s a 3 month free trial but YOU have to call and cancel before the end of the 3 month time frame. No one remembers. So I say. Ok I’ll take the 3 months and give you permission to cancel at the end of 3 month.. OH SORRY YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK TO CANCEL

-
Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, OntarioHi @Bell_Support. Highway 402 is a major international trade corridor. Do you think that the service along that corridor could be upgraded to allow for a simple phone conversation from end to end? It’s only 100km yet calls drop constantly.
-
Michael (@gruz1n96) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell if my tv shuts off 1 more time I’m cancelling bell ... holy crap!

Preet Inder (@indersinghp) reported from Brampton, Ontario@bell @Bell_Support @CP24 Called bell fraud department for wrong entry in my financial reports and as per them they didn’t put any info on my account so either Equifax is wrong or the bell. Worst of all, female from the bell fraud department dropped the phone line on my face.
-
Mushref AQ (@MM87AQ) reported from Mississauga, OntarioI called @Bell many times regarding update for my status and this is going to fat I feel that they are playing with their customers and not giving the right answer . Prime Time (@goldentally69) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell your team at @Bell_Support gave me a response that’s not very helpful. Danielle (@danlanaddy) reported from Mississauga, OntarioFor over a month before we fixed it so people could access the sidewalk. We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. Help!

Jordan (@JordanR199966) reported from Mississauga, OntarioSad when you have to leave a company that you have been with for 20+ years @Bell @Bell_Support and switch service providers all to save money during these difficult times. Real shame @Bell should be better than this... @Ooma for the win! @CRTCeng
-
Lino Ventresca (@ventrescalino) reported from Brampton, Ontario@680NEWS @Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s about time. Canada has the worst wireless rates of any G20 nation. But 25% reduction in two years isn’t enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates
-

𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐡 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐞, 𝐏𝐡𝐃 (@ModernAgri_Tips) reportedNo internet from @Bell because my installation never happened, since Jun 11. Meanwhile @Rogers cut off my service 15 days before contract end. Two telecom giants, one customer caught in the middle. Is consumer choice in Canada becoming meaningless? #ConsumerRights #Telecom
-
Rocco Signorile (@imthedarkknight) reported@RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well.
