I hope they have a look at it then earliest, my phone services are surviving on wifi at this moment . Calls are dropping, and it’s cellular data is not working at all.

We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. When it was going to be fixed, that it was fixed, then it wasn’t fixed and suddenly today they say it’s fixed. Her phone is still not working and someone may be out tomorrow.
