    Positive tweet: @Bell tech support was quite helpful this evening. They knocked out to issues in one call. We all now have Internet and TV again. 1st call resolution! Good on the guy that assisted us.

    So a Q 4 @Bell if a person were to start service in Sept. but wire was 1) strung onto neighbour’s house then 2) laid on ground around house for 9 months. Despite 3 promises 4 appts Would that be reason 2 end service & move 2 another service provider #AskingForAFriend

    @Bell_Support I am not very happy we cancelled our service and I returned all the equipment in one box . Now I am getting a letter saying I didn't return the wireless transmitter which I did. There would be no point in keeping this item. So what can be done about this

    @Bell_Support The Bell wifi app asks you to login to your mybell account. When I do it says "Missing internetAccounts or accounts in b1." (spaces and letter case verbatim from message).

    We signed up for fibe tv & were told no contract. Now @bell is saying there are cancellation fees for services that have been nothing but crappy & bills that have never been right. Asked for a manager & the manager laughed at us. Not impressed #reallypoorservice

    @Bell_Support Well so much for that. Did not work at all. Getting so tired of paying nearly $300/mo for stuff that doesn't work: Your remotes break all the time. Your PVR boxes peter out and I lost all my recordings. And now your "new and improved" app is frustrating. Time to call Rogers?

    Alright I got a bone to pick with @Bell. I see u got these promotions on ur website, but when I try and change my plan from my portal, it only shows me shit plans that are a) either more expensive or b) way worse than what I have recently ght now in terms of value #fuckbell

    How many calls and attempts at improvement does it take to have five that does freeze and actually has sound @Bell_Support over billing, unauthorized changes to service, and slow internet #problems since June. I always talk to very polite people NONE of whom have gotten it right

    @Bell_Support thank you for making it so easy to leave after being a customer for 8-10 years. 3 loyalty reps all told me my best option was to cancel and there was nothing they could do because I had a corporate plan that you matched 2 years ago and they couldn't do anything now.
