    @DaryRezvani Now that they have @Bell behind them, they can do anything they want, big coin BELL is like Canada's AT&T - giant telecom/media conglomerate! They own the cellphone towers, a sports network, news, satellites, streaming company, etc etc etc They rent the US rights to HULU

    @Bell was on call with customer service and while I was on hold so analyst can pull up my records. She just hung up on my exactly 9PM! I understand we value our business hours but you can't just drop customers calls half way through! Truly pathetic service! #BellSupport #Bell

    Today Today, @Bell must lose me as a customer 😭 My condo comes with internet, My workplace has Wi-Fi, I barely travel these days, Yet somehow I’m paying over $90/month for a phone plan, meanwhile I own my phone. My target is to cut that bill by at least 65 or 70% and I must do it TODAY! Yes, I still need assistance, as I have not received any confirmation email that my service has been cancelled, despite specifically requesting cancellation confirmation during each of my conversations with five different #Bell representatives!

    Called @Bell to upgrade my Mobility plan from the $35 plan to the $85 Ultra Plan. I was told as a loyal customer I would have to pay $105. The advertised $85 rate is only available to new customers. How does this make any sense?
