I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. I'd like to encourage more tows like Toronto does. Toronto towed a constant FedEx scofflaw. So ticket plus tow plus impound plus customer refunds for missing delivery deadlines equals mucho buckos.
