I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. After you've tried over and over, it tells you that you can schedule a call with a human. The first date and time available is at min. 3 days later.

Just signed up at cottage with EBox for 500 meg speed for $45, bell internet price was $75 for both 500M and 1.5G. Called Bell for home and asked for a better deal and they would only go down to $90. I said my next call will be to cancel .
