Barrhaven Guy (@BarrhavenGuy) reported from Ottawa, OntarioI challenge @Bell @RogersHelps and @TekSavvyBuzz during these trying times, to drop their rates to 0$, to help the families out of work, those with no net access, with getting or staying connected. #StrongerTogether #freeWiFi #OttNews #CanadaTogether #CanNews

SensOfficeRalph (@SensOfficeRalph) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@brian5or6 @jeanhuguesc @Bell_Support Brian you have been totally screwed by the fine print. I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.
-
Dominic Bouchard (@gunnerdom78) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@KelC_Schmitz @Bell_Support I did several times. Still not working.
-
Michael Suddard (@MichaelSuddard) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@Scott_Alain @alexthepuffin @Bell Glad to be part of your non-@Bell service team Scott. I'm adding this to my list of why I refuse to use @Bell_Support products (the other being cut wire left behind every time they do work on a nearby utility box).
-
Chris Hofley (@chrishofley) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@orbit_matt @hydroottawa @Bell Yelling at anyone's social media crew isn't helpful. They aren't the ones responsible for fixing the issue.

-
Ryan (@cliffyryan22) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@Bell_Support #BellLetsTalk about how you won’t help me with my brand new phone that doesn’t work. I’ve spoken to 4 agents now and they expect me to return my phone and wait 7-10 days to get a new one back? This is a work phone. Please help me make sense of this.

Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

Kathy Washington (@WashingtonKathy) reported@Bell_Support cont’d. So unfair taking her money and not allowing us to cancel when she doesn’t even live there anymore. Someone needs to have common sense and empathy and help us cancel this account
-
🇨🇦Wayne🇨🇦 (@Reil76) reported@IConcedeToNoOne @Bell Ya I had no issues with cogeco, but bell gave me a deal I couldn’t pass up. Wish I would have now.
-
Joey Mack (@Jmackwins) reportedDear @Bell let’s talk. I signed up for security. Then you sold it to @apialarm I overpaid my bill - my bad - then the system stopped working. Now they won’t confirm cancellation or give my money back. I would have never signed up with an outfit like this so kind of on you?
-
Toronto Guy (@doubledouble416) reported@Bell_Support Hello... How do I get a hold of sales/customer service by email? Got sent a quote (talked to them over the phone) but it's an incomplete quote
-
Shirly Caibaiosai (@shirlycaib) reportedAs a long-time customer with @Bell, let me tell you the. You are on life support with me right now! Because I moved to Ontario, you can’t get me hooked up with TV or internet??!! In over a month?? 😡
-
LordGrim (@L0rdGrim1) reportedWay to go @Bell thanks for sending a technician out to install internet. They came back twice with the same problem and no solution, then ghosted me. I then chose Primus, and yet again, your Bell technicians are screwing me over, as the tentative date is now September 1st. Ffs
-
Carrie Ryan (@604cr902) reported@CrowFavBird @Bell_Support Telus did the same thing to us last year… the people on the phone don’t understand their lost customer won’t have “future needs” for phone and internet.
-
Tanner Thomas (@Tanner_Thomas95) reported@Bell has to be the worst company out there, you do an upgrade online, but then decide to cancel because you can get the product in store.. now you’re saying it’s going to take a week for the upgrade to cancel?! Then having the rudest case manager out there
-
ScottInTheOtt (@ScottSoBad13) reported@merry123459 Unfortunately @Bell is just as bad, if not worse
-
306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reported@Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.
