I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Starlink base plan is $7/month for "suspend" mode and the receiver fits in a backpack. You don't even need to use Rogers or Telus/Virgin/etc on Bell's network.
