In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

@Bell_Support Thanks. It turns out it was one more screw up in a chain of them made by Bell as part of our recent move. Fix something/break another. Repeat. This one "may" be fixed in 24 hrs. 🤨
