I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. One minute my speed is lightning, and then it’s gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm won’t work, but they refuse to do anything! I had tech out yesterday. Phone worked for 1 F’ing day!!! Today loud hum. I pay $57+/month for a phone I can’t use! Time to cancel!
