I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

Understand Bell expects it to be up and running in the next hour so. And yes - message should change so new customers don’t go messing with their passwords.

We call again and have to file another claim. Someone hacked our account and ordered a phone, using bells terms and authentication.
