Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. After you've tried over and over, it tells you that you can schedule a call with a human. The first date and time available is at min. 3 days later.

Suddenly Bell sent me an overage bill, they changed my plan and didn't tell me. Then expected me to pay overages. I escalated for a week, NOBODY would fix my account. @Bell

Just signed up at cottage with EBox for 500 meg speed for $45, bell internet price was $75 for both 500M and 1.5G. Called Bell for home and asked for a better deal and they would only go down to $90. I said my next call will be to cancel .
