Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. I have noticed my ability to use cell networks in Ottawa and area seem to have greatly gone down on multiple devices(Apple/android) many friends agree the service has gotten really lousy and slow.
