Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. It’s supposed to be fixed by 10pm tonight - guessing another lie because I asked a tech in the area and he said next week at the earliest.
