Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. He asked for my number & he would call me. No call. I was also without my internet and tv from Thursday afternoon to today at noon. WOW, did I miss it.
