Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. Then spent 6+ hours with agents. 1 problem wasn't solved & turns out your receiver is faulty. We've been paying for a service that doesn't work. For all this they gave me $20. Truly insane!

Appointment was made at store level by Sales person on the phone to Appointment desk. Yes, between 8 and 12. Up early...waited..no show. We had to go back to @Bell because @Rogers took 2 months to call us to say did we want someone to come out to assess the problem, with the contract we signed up in march or cancel the order. We kind of had enough. Missing out on the stanley cup games , my only regret.
