Dear, @Bell - Please do your best to correct your own mistakes on your customer’s bill. Spending time on the phone with your agents is not productive or conducive to a positive day. Even when the customer presents facts, your agents argue them.

@Bell_Support I’ve already initiated a complaint with a ticket number. Isn’t the first time. Your company obviously doesn’t care. Also sends subcontractors who can’t speak English in Ontario. Wonderful double standard. 👏🇨🇦👍

@Bell nothing can be easy with you. I got told if I purchase the pods (3) they would be bundled with our other bell items. Today I’m told I can get 2 and of course I’m being charged. Plus I waited on hold 30 minutes to find out why our highest level internet u offer is slow AF

Thank you Mystery @RogersHelps call agent from Barrie so @Bell_Support told my 80yo mom to come on down to switch from #rogers to #Bell staff told us they can't do it. Tried calling bell 7 times from the store. Hang ups wrong transfers. Wasted 5 hr. All it took was 2 call Rogers

So here’s a new one @Bell comes out, says they can’t install high speed but wants to be paid. When it was voiced that no service was actually provided they added more onto the bill @bellcanadalies #bellsucks

  • ThatCanadianSOB

So @Bell I Cant Belive your Staff told my Mother to come to the store for nothing. Risking covid to set up a line. And your staff didn't even care to hear the problem. As always pass off the call. It's someone else's problem. What a scam coustomer service really is.

  • louisam79
Louisa (@louisam79) reported from Oshawa, Ontario

I love that when you have been in the hospital for a week, @Bell thinks its okay to call repeatedly. You will be paid when I'm not on heavy narcotics!!! Bruh 🤕🤕🤕#relax #Hospitalized @plute can you help a girl fend off bill collection?

I can’t wrap my head around how @bell tells me bc I’m a loyal customer I can have a $100 credit towards a new phone but then my dad calls to see if they could give him a better price to move his phone over to Bell and they give him the same deal....what’s the loyalty benefit?

  • thatshibeguy

  • JSFischerOnt
    Scott Fischer (@JSFischerOnt) reported

@Brewski2020 @Bell Lol. Rural internet at my house is $400 per month for 20mbps up and 20mbps down. Power failure and the antenna goes down. My cottage has a rogers rocket hub doing 5 down and 1 up. I pay $60 per month and the overage charges push me to $600 per month. Starlink is nothing.

  • AllTheLoveCoco
    ღCocoღ (@AllTheLoveCoco) reported

@rebeccarightnow @Bell There was no note. There’s no way one of the representatives would’ve told me that. The woman was so rude to me on the phone I had to literally tell her to stop being snarky with me. She said they’d have to request the recordings of my calls the week before and I’d have to wait+

  • AllTheLoveCoco
    ღCocoღ (@AllTheLoveCoco) reported

@rebeccarightnow @Bell Up to seven business days for them to listen to it to tell if I’m lying or not. Like I just feel so kicked around and I’m almost at a point of just going elsewhere like what’s the point in having loyalty to a company who pretty much tells the client they’re lying and is rude

  • Brewski2020
    Wally Kibler (@Brewski2020) reported

@JSFischerOnt @Bell Starlink is a bit pricey. Starlink hardware, which includes a satellite dish costs $649, and the service is $129 per month. Hopefully the cost will drop in time.
