-
Adam Pfeffer (@AdamJPfeffer) reported@RobertChaulk @Bell_Support @SpaceX I’ve had it since the beta days as well, still on the original dish for the home farm service. Couldn’t get line of sight or anything better than overpriced cell data. Say what you want about Elon but his service works very well
-
The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reportedPeople in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.
-
Yanny (@Y___GFCB14) reported@Bell dealing with your customer service is like talking to rock. Absolutely terrible
-
Varun (@varun42036) reportedHi @Bell the 20-person limit on group texts and ongoing issues with some users being unable to reply in group chats are seriously impacting workplace coordination for us. This isn’t just an inconvenient it’s affecting daily operations. Can this be urgently escalated and resolved.
-
Michael Konikoff 🇮🇱🎗️🧡🧡🧡 (@loyaltybuff) reported@toddamus @Rogers @Bell I think the sad truth is that both do not deliver a level of service commensurate to the cost of their services. They defy loyalty logic and the knowledge that change doesn’t help is part of the catalyst IMHO!
-
Cameron Smears (@camsmears) reported@Bell_Support I’m also trying to report a downed line that’s blocking a street. No options when you call and agent can’t help. Maybe setup an online form for these requests?
-
Sean Lloyd (@SeanLloyd93) reported@Videotron just moved and our internet works in one room.... Something needs to be done to fix wifi before we switch back to @Bell
-
Stunlokked (@stunlokked) reportedEvery time I'm gonna pay my @Bell bill it makes me literally sick to my stomach. $240/month for home internet and phone. and there's no way to make it significantly cheaper without switching providers for a while until their credit expires. If I change my internet from 3gig to to 500mb/s its only $20 difference but fvcking bell keeps increasing the internet price so eventually I will be paying just as much as 3gig but getting 500mb speeds. they don't offer any cheaper phone plans either. I should have just switched service provider when the monthly credit expired, but its fvcking annoying having to re-setup internet and phone every other year. and who am I gonna switch to? back to @Rogers again ? LMAO NO WAY IN HELL am I going back to their dogshvt internet again. @TELUS ? they are basically just as expensive as bell. like ****!
-
Cryptofanatic420 (@Liam14903953) reported@Samsung crappy phones, crappy TVs and just all around crappy company. I dont think ill ever buy a samsung anything ever again. Its just throwing away money. And places like @Bell and @Rogers promote selling garbage.
-
Follow your Bliss (@Frisky_Risky) reported@Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?
