    And abuse and ridicule from storekeepers, security guards, passersby, housing or peer support workers, all of whom seem to have the idea I did this to myself, or I somehow deserve to be homeless, filthy, hungry, bored, constantly depressed and angry. @Bell says "let's talk". Ok.

    @Bell how is it possible that your service technicians have up to 30 days to service cables that have been taken down in front of my house by a truck. Aside from this being absolute **** service, that’s a safety concern for the neighbourhood.

    @Bell_Support They can do that without my call. It’s an issue with logging in to those apps via my bell account. It appears the api call isn’t working. This is a persistent issue and you don’t need to waste my time calling anyone.

    @Bell_Support hi I’ve been in north York for the last 8 years & a bell customer for 2 or so and I’ve been plagued with horrible internet package choices when it comes to bell, my postal code is M3L2H8 when will work get done in this area so we can have true fibre optic internet.

    @Bell_Support Haha what's the point in that. Last time I was "helped", I received resolution and than 3 months later received an automated call telling me that the money I saved (due to complaining about poor service) was being recouped by rising my cost

    2/2: In other news, I have been dealing w/ frustrating customer service experiences w/@bell_support 📞 for the last 3 months. 😭 It was enough that I changed providers & went over to @rogers. I loved Bell’s services but there is a really low chance I’ll be a customer again. 👎🏽😔

    @Bell_Support UPDATE : BELL OUTAGE. BellFibe down at 1:30 pm Tues 4th until Thurs May 6th at 10 PM. Crossing fingers while cursing. Online school out for 2 1/2 days in our house, spec security needed to get back into our office during covid #BellOutage
