Today I’m told I can get 2 and of course I’m being charged. Plus I waited on hold 30 minutes to find out why our highest level internet u offer is slow AF

She never said it was 120.00

When we called in their only solution was that we "might have unplugged our bell boxes" and that they haven't been hearing about any issues. Other neighbours are also having issues.

Never requested Bell5. Nobody knocks on your door to advise of anything. Multiple complaints. Terrible customer communication.

Tried calling bell 7 times from the store. Hang ups wrong transfers. Wasted 5 hr. All it took was 2 call Rogers

I thought it should have cancelled automatically (it didn't) which was my bad, so when I was charged in month 9 I called, paid the bill and cancelled. We moved out of the place and they continued to bill

JN (@JVCN0K) reported@paulo_sinski @Bell_Support For the next 4 months. I had the copy of my email conversation with support and called them refusing to pay, sent to collections anyway. I tried to dispute with Credit Bureaus to no avail so I just paid the $400 and called it a day.

paul turbo (@paulo_sinski) reported2 weeks ago, our studio internet stopped working. I called @Bell_Support to try and figure this situation out. They sent a tech the following day, who spent 4 hours looking around our studio for a fiber-optic connection. We don't have a fiber connection and never have.
