    @Bell_Support They can do that without my call. It’s an issue with logging in to those apps via my bell account. It appears the api call isn’t working. This is a persistent issue and you don’t need to waste my time calling anyone.

    @plusgroove @Bell Bell is the WORST! I’ve had to deal with them a few years back horrible customer service, they charge for everything. Never going back to @BellMediaPR even as my condo is pushing them. Good luck seriously you will need 😔

    @Bell how is it possible that your service technicians have up to 30 days to service cables that have been taken down in front of my house by a truck. Aside from this being absolute **** service, that’s a safety concern for the neighbourhood.

    @CRTCeng @Bell_Support sent a tech to our home today. Tech literally stole our wires & left without fixing anything. Bell refuses to address what happens now. I filed a formal complaint on your site, but how long do I pay for services I can’t access? Can Bell ignore us 4 ever?

    Good job @Bell. Over 60 minutes on hold, transferred to *6* different CS reps. And my call has been disconnected twice. I've spent nearly 3 hours trying to sort out an issue. I'm thinking you don't really want me as a customer anymore... #badcustomerservice #bellmobility

    My roommate found a phone yesterday and we have tried our best to get it back to the owner but apparently @Bell won’t help us and advised that they do not return lost phones to their own customers. Great service!

    .@bell needs to get their Customer Service figured out. Wifi is cutting out at the business and I call for help, they transfer me to sales to upsell me and when I say I just want my internet fixed, they hang up

    @Bell_Support please do better! We've been experiencing frequent service issues with our internet. We call Bell and go through the same process - they do a reset of the modem, we call back. They do another reset of the modem, have us inspect all the components, unplug it, etc.
