Never requested Bell5. Nobody knocks on your door to advise of anything. Multiple complaints. Terrible customer communication.

With 3 months of service that include 2 cells, tv and internet. 6-7 technicians, replaced all equipment, yesterday actually, and still problems! Leafs tonight and husband furious and on phone to you now. Help!!

We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didnโt send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box
