I keep telling her whatโs the point if itโs below par service! Iโd rather pay for decent wifi!

I pay for 2 screens but our tv in the basement isnโt a smart tv with internet. It only worked down there bc Netflix had a channel on FIBE but now they donโt Iโm going to downgrade back to one screen

Half the time Netflix and Amazon and other steaming services freeze or take forever to load? Bell continually tells us their modem isnโt strong enough for our house ๐ค

She finally agreed and when the tech came out he realized we did have a faulty box in the tv room in the basement and no cable down there for 6 months

Today Iโm told I can get 2 and of course Iโm being charged. Plus I waited on hold 30 minutes to find out why our highest level internet u offer is slow AF
