    @TheMacronical @teeveesociety @Bell No I replaced two phones due for upgrades and instead of putting them on my one bill she opened them on a new account number and then I said that I donโ€™t want two Bills and she says no I can move them to one. She never said it was 120.00

    Internet & TV were out of commission Wednesday & theyโ€™re not working again today. Glad they fixed the problem long enough to watch @Raptors last night before this area got disconnected again this morning. #disconnected @Bell @Rogers

    @Bell_Support I wouldnโ€™t really call it a complaint. I couldnโ€™t care less if they steal gigabit access from you. I just thought youโ€™d like to know. Seems shady. I know where thereโ€™s another one too.

    On our bill as being โ€œnot returnedโ€ and every month my mother has to call in and get the charges taken off, and surprise surprise every single month that charge is put back ON the bill! @Bell your customer service is abhorrent

    @Bell is there service outages today? Weโ€™ve had sporadic internet connection all day today and Iโ€™ve already restarted the modem a dozen times throughout the day and am now having to do the same (system reboot) with the cable 2 times in less than 5 minutes already ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @TELUS is so far the Cheapest deal @rogerrwireless and @Bell both over $170.00 now per month. This is getting #OverPriced #CellPhoneBillsTooHigh wasnt our bills supposedly going down in 2 years. Yet all plans have gone up.

    I need to call @Bell internet support and get them to fix my parents google home. It says the home isnโ€™t communicating with the internet. The solution it says is to fix it on the router.

    @ryangerritsen @Bell Cancelled them recently. Rogerโ€™s came to the door and threw down some offers. I moved the internet plus 4 cell phones. I save 100 a month. Bell kept raising my cell phones. I called them about it multiple times. See you later @bell

    @ryangerritsen @Bell Freedom Mobile is setting the standard, Everyone I know is renegotiating, or leaving. If you threaten to leave, they will drop your rates. Just talked to 3 people today, who got better deals. It's like redoing mortgages, never sign the offer the bank makes

    @ryangerritsen @Bell Iโ€™d love to know who gets a Retention rebate, Iโ€™m pretty certain you see a demographic behind it. Why does my bill state $141 for Fibe 1.5g minus a $30 bundle. But if you go online the service is $90 for 1.5g and bundle discount for $70. Iโ€™ve called numerous times to retention and always told I am getting the best rate they can offer.

    @Bell Iโ€™m a Fibe customer. I have the Fibe TV app on my smart TVs. donโ€™t use my cable box. I called in to have it removed & was told that by removing the box my fee will go up. service stays same just getting rid of equipment thatโ€™s not reqd. I donโ€™t understand the logic.

    any one else have issue with @Bell Canada, try to contact senor manager who hides behind there trained seals .. Had a service tec LIE about a problem which would result in me digging up my driveway No accountability from Bell Canada
