Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. It went out Wednesday at 4:30pm and now we're told it'll be out until late May 1st! Those with no cell have no access to 911!
