Hey @Bell_Support, is there a #fibe outage in East York (ON)? If so, any timeline for when it’ll be back?
from Mono, Ontario
@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

@Bell_Support Hello, I had a number with your company. I changed it, but I want to purchase that number again, could you please help me?

@ShamanaDreams @Bell Even the in person guy was like ya there was NOTHING you could have done on your own on your end to fix this. The box isn’t working properly and he replaced it in 5 mins and left. Such a fricken hassle when the phone agents are clueless
from Markham, Ontario
@ShamanaDreams @Bell I got so mad I said I’ve done this countless times now it’s not working you NEED to send a tech out! She finally agreed and when the tech came out he realized we did have a faulty box in the tv room in the basement and no cable down there for 6 months
@Miss_Allison_D @Cristina331203 @Bell To answer your question, NO ONE should get those stupid extender pods that cost like $10/month. Bell should be getting proper equipment. I was told they’re looking to get better boxes and the voice control remotes to compete with Rogers (so why not actual working models too?)
@Bell_Support the network quality in South Edmonton is horrible. Data transfer reminds me of dialup days. Premium pricing for less than mediocre service ?
@Bell_Support unbelievable no service since noon and now u say no service till July 2nd at 10pm. Living downtown toronto and u can’t get service up and going faster. Disgusting shame on you!
@playboycaiiro @Bell I pray on bells downfall for the **** they put me through
@Bell Bell used to be good not anymore. No signal in certain ares in richmond hill. Thats why i switched to rogers and they keep calling me....
@Bell 3 plus days of dropping (local) calls and bars going up and down like it’s a rave. Why do I pay so much for this??? I miss MTS
@Bell @Bell_Support I have service moving appointment on June 29, technical didn’t show up. I called and was promised to have on June 30 and no one showed up. I called again and was told I had to wait to July 2nd. Is this how usually bell customers be treated ?
