So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

@Bell I am deeply disappointed in the lack of adequate customer service from you all Bell Canada. My fiancé and l, setup mobile service 3 days ago and received the wrong device. We requested iPhone 14 Pro-Max and you all shipped iPhone 14 Pro. Now refuse to fix it. Kidding me??

Anyone know how to reach @Bell when you suddenly have no service and no landline and they’ve clearly messed something up with a plan you’ve had for two weeks after leaving your last provider after two decades?
