We keep on losing @RogersHelps during working hours at home. Not helpful. @Bell doesn’t service our area. Maybe Starkink through @SpaceX is the way to go…

@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

@Bell_Support Listen, there’s no need. You are a customer service rep dealing with the repercussions of bad marketing. I don’t have a Bell account. I just dropped Bell Mobility in favour of Rogers (better service, less money), and I will be sticking with @startca for Internet.

It’s rather concerning to me that on multiple calls with @Bell_Support the reps have spent more time trying to upsell me on new and additional features (I literally JUST signed up) than fixing my issues. Oh, in case you’re wondering, no my issues didn’t get resolved.

@CRTCeng @Bell @CCTS_CPRST no resolution of my problem with bell. They always tell me that a tech representative will visit my area but this never has happened. And funny thing is, 5g symbol shows on my phone screen wen calls are dropping and data is slower than 2g. This looks like a scam. Plz look into it
