@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

@mspratt @desfisher1 @Bell Fight back, call loyalty & ask for escalation to an executive. They charged me for internet bandwidth which I was never receiving due to their network limitations for 1 yr. I got most of it back via credit but you have to complain. If all fails, email their CEO Mirko Bibic
