@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

@Bell Canada constantly increases my Internet cost. I really want to move away from them. I had a contract of 150MB/sec service. After I moved, it is only 60MB/sec, but they don't allow me to cancel, because of the contract. Any method to get me out of the contract?

@Bell came home to no internet. Your tech support says it’s a planned outage for 48 hours in Toronto. This is unacceptable. 2 business days? No notification!? In 2022? Unacceptable

@Bell_Support Thanks for the quick response. I used the link to check for outages and it says no. However, I then used the virtual app and it says there is a service outage. A bit confusing. I tried unplugging and rebooting the modem and a ‘low fibre signal’ message pops up. Please help!
