@Bell I have these all over the house @bell and we are still having wifi issues. Had a tech out last week. Service still gets interrupted and slow. Street signal is very high, not sure what the issues are..

Hey @bell get your act together. We waste so much time on the same issue and your reps always say “we will put notes on the account” then never read those notes or they are deleted once the call is over only have to repeat ourselves again #frustrated #updateyourcrm

@cogeco it amazes me that you can get through to sales within seconds but end up on hold to cancel one of three services. Your website for self serve Epico premium internet has been down for days. It seems easier to switch to @Bell?

@Bell I’m new costumer I’ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was “if you are not happy you can cancel you order” i will and go back with cogeco at least they’re nice ppl thanks !

Until freedom came in and caused a big stir, everyone was getting ******.and they even caught the ex bell vp rigging band sales so freedom couldn't operate on a wider spectrum. @elonmusk sigh @bell Canada sucks. Paying for 2 5/0.72 dsl internet feeds. Need faster as Bell promises fibre is coming. It’s in the box but they are to cheap to upgrade neighborhood. We are all suffering. Where is Starlink You promised. HELP
