Spending time on the phone with your agents is not productive or conducive to a positive day. Even when the customer presents facts, your agents argue them.

Never requested Bell5. Nobody knocks on your door to advise of anything. Multiple complaints. Terrible customer communication.

And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡
