I need to call @Bell internet support and get them to fix my parents google home. It says the home isn’t communicating with the internet. The solution it says is to fix it on the router.

@Bell @Bell @Bell help a customer out here! With 3 months of service that include 2 cells, tv and internet. 6-7 technicians, replaced all equipment, yesterday actually, and still problems! Leafs tonight and husband furious and on phone to you now. Help!!

@Bell_Support A promo may have expired but I would still not expect the price to now be DOUBLE for the exact same plan&phone less than a year later. Especially during covid. I’ll PM. And I’m sure you’ll tell me promo is over, too bad, these are our new prices to screw over sm. business

Just wanted to thank @Bell_Support for taking my $150 a month for internet and it runs just like it did in 1997.... like shit!!! Oh best part is the $50 in data overages for wifi always being down!!! Help me @rogers #IHateBell

Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

Talking with a Bell worker yesterday -- loads of people who work @Bell are off sick - impacts scheduling of repairs to squirrel damage on the infrastructure. @Bell_Support @VirginPlus have had widespread outages in Toronto since Christmas Day. Each day customers call they say "it will be fixed by 5 PM" and it continues. This is DURING a pandemic where internet is an ESSENTIAL SERVICE & people are working from home!!!!! See next tweet!

Hey @Bell @Bell_Support what the deal @Rogers is offering unlimited 5G data for $80 and $55 for the additional line and I am paying $75 per line for 2 lines and only 20 gigs !!! WTF !
