@bcorms @Bell Hey @bcorms , So. About 5 years ago we had everything with @Bell TV,home phone,family mobile plans (5) and internet. Due to poor customer service we now are mostly Bell free. My suggestion move on we use #Shawdirect, #Xplorenet and other providers are much happier. Good luck

Here's the answer. None. But it was 5 before they actually drove me into the arms of another provider who showed me (using Bell's site) that although I'm paying for @Bell's Fibe service I'm not getting it. Thanks @Bell. For the memories, I guess, and the hours waiting on hold.

What is the point of @Bell support chats if every agent tells you to call a support number. If I wanted to call someone I would have done that in the first place.
