@Bell 4 times here to install Bell fine and left unable too install. Left on the last install without saying a word. For a communications company they failed. If I had a job there, they would be straightened out quickly. Bell Sucks!!

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I haven't been a Bell Canada customer (for phone/tv/internet) in ~ 10 years. Can't say I've missed the negotiating required to obtain fair rates. They refused to refund me a portion of a final bill when I cancelled, even when confirmed by a Bell tech - thus I never returned.

Hey @Bell, you may want to revamp your sales training program. You're probably not going to expand your subscriptions - and may even lose some - when existing customers are abruptly hung up on after they politely express that they're not interested in an additional service.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Re: All communication companies in Canada: Ask me about the cancellation fees of over $500 charged to poor people who have to cancel services due to budget constraints. They charge a restocking fee for their equipment, when returned for refund Try to cancel to save money😤
