@Bell 4 times here to install Bell fine and left unable too install. Left on the last install without saying a word. For a communications company they failed. If I had a job there, they would be straightened out quickly. Bell Sucks!!

@Bell_Support I called in tonight to get Wireless to the Home internet. The rep that took my call was borderline rude, didn’t actively listen, and other things. Also....350GB data cap? That’s so 2010....offer an unlimited....like....come on....2020....anyway....no sale for her.

@Bell_Support your customer service reps are providing my confidential information to individuals who don’t have access to my account. When I advised them of this they hung up on me. Is this a regular business practice? Should others be worried?

@Bell_Support He called afterwards to confirm yet again that there were no issues, and at that moment our internet went off again. While your employee kept insisting there was no problem, that it was working on his end, and there was no need to send anyone.

@Bell_Support Because I adore the folks on your Twitter account - I have BRS and don't use the home phone or cable, but now my package has jumped up like $40 to 170$ a month. I just need the internet. Can we find an economical solution?
