  • WarrenAskew2 Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

Hi @Bell_Support. As a Bell customer and frequent traveller on #HWY402 in ON, would love to have more than 1 bar of 3G coverage in that corridor. Calls drop or turn into convos with a 28.8 modem consistently. Thanks in advance! #PleaseUpgrade #SecondBusiestBorderCrossingInCanada

  • andrewjdisher A. Dish (@andrewjdisher) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

We keep on losing @RogersHelps during working hours at home. Not helpful. @Bell doesn’t service our area. Maybe Starkink through @SpaceX is the way to go…

  • AmaraFarmServ Ty Carruthers (@AmaraFarmServ) reported from Guelph/Eramosa, Ontario

@EdJHanson @Bell Must be some sort of network issue. Can’t even complete a call

  • shaun_holst Shaun (@shaun_holst) reported from Guelph/Eramosa, Ontario

@Bell your cell service outside of the city has been so terrible the last month or so. I work in a small town usually have no issues with Spotify or audible but the last month or 2 so terrible. Even sometimes in city so slow.

  • curtharnett curt harnett (@curtharnett) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

Hey @Bell_Support, is there a #fibe outage in East York (ON)? If so, any timeline for when it’ll be back?

  • Kevtheplumber11 Kevin cunning (@Kevtheplumber11) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

@Bell_Support wow internet down again halton hills. Everytime we get rain it's out. What garbage.

  • silverfox2587 Dave Campbell (@silverfox2587) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

@Bell 4 times here to install Bell fine and left unable too install. Left on the last install without saying a word. For a communications company they failed. If I had a job there, they would be straightened out quickly. Bell Sucks!!

  • WarrenAskew2 Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

Hi @Bell_Support. Highway 402 is a major international trade corridor. Do you think that the service along that corridor could be upgraded to allow for a simple phone conversation from end to end? It’s only 100km yet calls drop constantly.

  • andrewjdisher A. Dish (@andrewjdisher) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

@Bell_Support is there outage in barrhaven Ontario right now? Everything just went dead.

  • KrakkenMD Justin🎙 (@KrakkenMD) reported

Have a very sneaking suspicion that @Bell is throttling Home Hub 3000 speeds. I have an old internet plan (300mb) and a speed diagnostic with a technician over the phone showed network to modem speed of 330mb but modem to device speed was reading 45mb. Defective modem… 1/?

  • SusanAtTFI Susan Langdon C.M. (@SusanAtTFI) reported

@Bell Just had Bell wifi installed today and what a disaster! Technician arrived at 12:30 and at 11:15 pm my laptop still cannot connect with the new network. On hold for 40 minutes then disconnected. Ugh.

  • Kristaldoodle Kristal (@Kristaldoodle) reported

@Bell_Support Is there a website or a service to check on updates like other providers or services? As I can't find one on the bell website. I had to check on here to see if it was just me, or a region being down :(

  • Kristaldoodle Kristal (@Kristaldoodle) reported

Hey @Bell_Support , what's the ETA to a fix on the fibe internet outage around Montreal (or why it's down)? Talked to support on the phone and they don't know, and its been 7 hours :/ super frustrating.

  • NancarrowCraig Craig Nancarrow (@NancarrowCraig) reported

@Bell They don’t make a damn difference in my house. Wifi is always awful

  • BishopdaDave Dave Bishop (@BishopdaDave) reported

@Bell How about Wi-Fi pods become part of the package without extra charge as you already charge far too much already for your service #letstalkaboutthat
