I bet it was a mere copy and paste Twitter reply to make it look like @bell publicly cares.

DannyOnThat (@DannyOnThat) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@Bell You fired Lisa Laflame and you are nothing but crooks, never again will I do business with your company or any of your subsidiaries like The Source or ant others of yours… Bye Bye ANYTHING “Bell”!!!

Michael Suddard (@MichaelSuddard) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@frpaul1 @MarnaNightingal @MoggyBee @ErikWdV @mhbvickers @cfulgham @ladybugspicnic @cmckenney @JLeiper @Bell @Bell_Support @ncfottawa I say we report every single one of them. I'd like to encourage more tows like Toronto does. Toronto towed a constant FedEx scofflaw. So ticket plus tow plus impound plus customer refunds for missing delivery deadlines equals mucho buckos.

KK👨🦼🌈+ they/them/ze/zim/zir (@livingklife) reported from Ottawa, OntarioHad trouble leaving the other direction today because the extra traffic cones they were supposed to keep on the road were put onto the sidewalk my wheelchair could not get past I pushed them onto the road and I put in another complaint to @ottawacity @Bell #NEISvoid

Michael H Vickers (@mhbvickers) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@MarnaNightingal @frpaul1 @MoggyBee @ErikWdV @MichaelSuddard @cfulgham @ladybugspicnic @cmckenney @JLeiper @Bell @Bell_Support @ncfottawa The same is true of various other service & delivery companies As much as they will apologize when you call them on it, couriers in particular, clearly rely on breaking the law Probably not explicit policy, but I imagine it's baked into their "deliver quick at all costs" ethos
-
Dustin Gavin (@WeakTimeRunning) reported from Ottawa, OntarioHey, @Bell @Rogers. I'm unable to talk to my parents in Prince Edward Island due to damage caused by #hurricanFiona. Please do your best to get them and everyone else connected to your networks. Thank you.

-
Michael H Vickers (@mhbvickers) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@MichaelSuddard @Bell_Support @ottawacity @OttawaBylaw @Bell @OttawaPolice I suspect things only happened this time because @cmckenney came upon this as it was going down, and because the @Bell employee called the cops on the #ottbike folks.

-
danielle moorman (@moorman_neph) reported from Ottawa, OntarioAmazing how fast you can get in contact with someone @Bell if you want to add services - but if you want to cancel they can't hear you and there are suddenly no live chat agents available... #CustomerExperience
-

Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Blair Kettle (@blair_kettle) reported@Bell_LetsTalk @Bell I subscribed yesteday to Internet for a speed and $ rate, with service starting. On same day, I received in the mail a promotion for a better deal than the one that I had just agreed to. Various Bell agents give me different messages, including that
-
Mat Grenier (@investing_mrg) reported@bell another crash again! Should fix your internet! #bellcanada #canada $bell
-
Usman R. (@uzimtl1) reported@RogersHelps It's out AGAIN today! 4 hours almost. I've been on the phone with Rogers for 3 hours now trying to resolve this. I've lost upwards of $300 in wages because of this. I was offered a $50 credit. I can't even cancel, that's $15/Month on the remaining 19 months. @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk
-
joshmachan (@OfficialJ_R) reported@Bell has some of the worst customer support in the world. Absolutely insanity trying to get a technician to site.
-
morleyman (@Delwood74) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Everybody: "Just tell Rogers you're cancelling and they'll offer you a much cheaper package" Me: "I'd like to cancel my service" Rogers: "Sorry to see you go"
-
Stunlokked (@stunlokked) reportedEvery time I'm gonna pay my @Bell bill it makes me literally sick to my stomach. $240/month for home internet and phone. and there's no way to make it significantly cheaper without switching providers for a while until their credit expires. If I change my internet from 3gig to to 500mb/s its only $20 difference but fvcking bell keeps increasing the internet price so eventually I will be paying just as much as 3gig but getting 500mb speeds. they don't offer any cheaper phone plans either. I should have just switched service provider when the monthly credit expired, but its fvcking annoying having to re-setup internet and phone every other year. and who am I gonna switch to? back to @Rogers again ? LMAO NO WAY IN HELL am I going back to their dogshvt internet again. @TELUS ? they are basically just as expensive as bell. like ****!
-
BCOz (@BCOz70) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell I’d love to know who gets a Retention rebate, I’m pretty certain you see a demographic behind it. Why does my bill state $141 for Fibe 1.5g minus a $30 bundle. But if you go online the service is $90 for 1.5g and bundle discount for $70. I’ve called numerous times to retention and always told I am getting the best rate they can offer.
-
Kevin Roberto (@robilarious) reported@Bell_Support @Bell If your strategy was to roll out a stinker of an AI customer service replacement and frustrate long time customers Congrats, you’ve succeeded! I always longed for a $130/mo service supported by low IQ robots, sending callers back to the main menu 10x 😖😡
-
Mike Drake (@MikeD340706) reported@Bell first try running your business properly and not with crappy customer service? I gave you a second chance after your mess up 10 years ago and you left off where that started. Waited on appt that the tech no showed and didn't call, and your AI , virtual asst is brutal waste time
-
A Kar (AKK) (@AjumaKar) reported@Bell did management learn that once a customer leaves because deals are offered to new customers and not to the ones that have been loyal. They never return.
