I have been with them for over 10 years and all original equip and still paying exorbitant $ I hate the process of calling, they absolutely suck and cannot speak directly with mgt.

Would be interested to see what sort of outage took down at least two providers at the same time. And yet Twitter and Discord seemed unaffected.
