I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

Not only they couldn't move the service but they also disconnected our internet eventho they were told that we're still in old location until given date!! Hello @Bell .

What is not great is that customer service could not assist my wife with an issue she has with our account, and we cannot administer the router - can anyone help us? What will it take?
