Ryan Matthews (@i_am_ryan) reported from Ottawa, OntarioIt’s now been an hour dealing with @Bell_Support. I’ve spoken to one agent then transferred to “level 2” only to explain my issue again and be told I’ll need to speak to a different “level 2” rep. Been on hold for 36 minutes. Oh and I have to be at the airport in 4 hours.
-
Michael Lewicki (@OttawaByMike) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?
-
Vanessa Amato (@vanessa_amato) reported from Ottawa, OntarioIt’s time @Bell works on their customer service 4 and a half hours on a call with them for them to not solve my problem. #bellfibetv #bell4k
-
Michael Suddard (@MichaelSuddard) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@mhbvickers @MoggyBee @cfulgham @MarnaNightingal @ladybugspicnic @cmckenney @frpaul1 @JLeiper @Bell Never DMd and no reply from @Bell_Support anything from me. -
Ryan Sigouin (@Bacontep) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@Bell_Support is there an ETA on return of FIBE service in Ottawa?
-
Michael Suddard (@MichaelSuddard) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@frpaul1 @MarnaNightingal @MoggyBee @ErikWdV @mhbvickers @cfulgham @ladybugspicnic @cmckenney @JLeiper @Bell @Bell_Support @ncfottawa I say we report every single one of them. I'd like to encourage more tows like Toronto does. Toronto towed a constant FedEx scofflaw. So ticket plus tow plus impound plus customer refunds for missing delivery deadlines equals mucho buckos.
-
Cash (@CashOnAir) reported from Twin Elm, OntarioJust sent a @Bell door-to-door rep away. Let him know that Bell will never get another cent from me until they pay me the vacation pay they still owe. This is what happens when you treat your employees like crap.
-

-

SensOfficeRalph (@SensOfficeRalph) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@brian5or6 @jeanhuguesc @Bell_Support Brian you have been totally screwed by the fine print. I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.
-
~OttawaGirl~ (@Smardie96) reported from Ottawa, OntarioYo @Bell, when someone wants to cancel a service with you, respect their damn decisions and stop calling them 24/7 with "better deals". I hate being disrespectful to people but y'all literally ask for it.
-
