So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

And being rude to me on the phone when I asked to be credit for the days without service! I’m so glad I’m a 20 year customer! Oh and let’s not forget the round the minuet charge ups!

You also double charged me $8 per day for being in the USA and $12 for being in Mexico for the exact same day!
