@brian5or6 @jeanhuguesc @Bell_Support Brian you have been totally screwed by the fine print. I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

@Bell your EPP cust service agents need more training , I switched over and the next week learned it cost me an extra $15/mth in service fees, if this had been disclosed to me I never would have switched and now no one will fix this error on your agents part , 10 yr Loy cust :(

Look no further than TSN's terrible on-demand interface to know that traditional cable are being very careful about burying themselves by cutting their own cord!
