Had trouble leaving the other direction today because the extra traffic cones they were supposed to keep on the road were put onto the sidewalk my wheelchair could not get past I pushed them onto the road and I put in another complaint to @ottawacity @Bell #NEISvoid

@RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

There is an outage affecting Virgin BSL in Ontario and Québec, it is a network issue so there is nothing else to do on our end (connection might be up and down, connected to the modem but no internet) Expected time for repair is 3pm

@Bell_Support my Fibe internet was supposed to be installed on Aug 15, issues so a new tech came on the 16th seemingly resolved the issue. Today original tech came back and the issue remains unresolved. Called in to the support line I'm being told tech won't be here til September
