    @Bell Right, so @Bell keeps telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours and I must phone client care, who DONT HELP ME! CCTS complaint has been lodged. This is UNBELIEVABLE

    Over a month of requesting a Bell Canada callback, a month of daily sales calls, ignored requests to stop, and broken promises to remove me. it isn't customer service, it's harassment by design. @Bell @Bell_Support fix your callback system or stop offering it. filed with the DNCL

    @Bell_Support Hi, would you guys be able to help me with a new phone? I've switched over to bell mobility from virgin. I did it at best buy and they migrated my cell phone number over and setup my esim, now that im home, my phone cannot make calls and cannot text or has data.

    @GrantG90545721 @Bell I have been on the phone since before 2; 14 agents including online agents. Still on with 14th agent - called a while ago for same refund, said would do, never did. Frustrating isn't it?

    @Bell_Support Bell’s new security provider API is awful. On hold now for 47 minutes while waiting to cancel my service. Apparently my time is not appreciated.
