Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. But brampton is a major city and I live in centre of it. 3 months of ongoing issue!? Weird

After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I did it at best buy and they migrated my cell phone number over and setup my esim, now that im home, my phone cannot make calls and cannot text or has data.
