Her mantra was that she didn’t care about solving problems. Her only measure of success was that phone calls were answered promptly. Nothing else. No other metric mattered. She was useless.

Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? Kimberly (@broddy83) reported@Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.
