    @snughaven @Bell Bell screwed us over so they offered my mom a rate that no other company can beat sheโ€™s grandfathered in for life with this rate and doesnโ€™t want to give it up. I keep telling her whatโ€™s the point if itโ€™s below par service! Iโ€™d rather pay for decent wifi!

    I feel like @Bell view access to the payments system as a biller as a right and not a privilege. Itโ€™s a long story, but their service is horrendous. This system access comes with responsibility. #payments

    @Bell_Support Every time they do they just tell us our house is too big for the wifi to reach every angle which is a ridiculous excuse. We got the boosters hoping to fix the issue but as you can see itโ€™s very much hit and miss

    @Bell_Support after spending an hour with someone else in sales and getting a call back, monthly price just increased and still no resolution. #BellSmartHome fail! I would not recommend!! Even found out that my installation booked last week for this week was not properly set up!

Itโ€™s not my problem that your sales people are misleading everyone. Long story short weโ€™re grandfathered into a set price that wonโ€™t ever change with unlimited wifi data

    @ShamanaDreams @Bell We had one out the other week again and he told us this whole time we never actually had bell โ€œfibre opticsโ€ it was the old wiring and a ****** old modem which is why it wouldnโ€™t reach half the house and we kept getting โ€œblackoutsโ€ of service

    Dear @Rogers @TELUS @Bell , You're the big three. You guys can literally be good people and provide ACTUAL Unlimited Data with absolutely no slow downs. Please make it a thing as it'd probably help everyone in Canada. You're making people pay so much for literally nothing.

    @CoryJudson It IS absolutely about the principle. Plus they know that most people either don't notice or give up. So don't! We had a problem with @Bell back in 2017 where they misbilled us every month we were with them. Then we sent the equipment back. Canada Post said to keep the receipt.

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell Try to get on an employee program with either Telus or Rogers. If you don't mind issues with network coverage sometimes and the likes, then try Koodo or Fido for cheaper plans. But if you want a plan that's 5g and the likes, then I'll suggest the Big 3. Worked for them before

    Today Today, @Bell must lose me as a customer ๐Ÿ˜ญ My condo comes with internet, My workplace has Wi-Fi, I barely travel these days, Yet somehow Iโ€™m paying over $90/month for a phone plan, meanwhile I own my phone. My target is to cut that bill by at least 65 or 70% and I must do it TODAY! Canadians, please help me, which carrier gives 20โ€“30GB monthly without requiring me to donate a kidney or any vital *****๐Ÿ˜ญ Iโ€™m trying to redirect Bellโ€™s Free Lunch into my investment portfolio๐Ÿซ

    @Bell Iโ€™ve spoken to at least 8 agents but possibly more today! This is a day Iโ€™ll never get back. Then the guy in billing says his computer is having problems! And heโ€™s with @Bell!! If I could see the CEO now I would. Iโ€™m bloody furious! Iโ€™ve given my name, dob, account # til Iโ€™m sick

    @ctvottawa Can you look into phone and internet outage in #Franktown area of #BeckwithTownship after a copper theft last Wednesday at 4:30pm and @Bell_Support keeps missing its own repair targets (Friday 10pm, Monday 10pm, Tuesday 8am) - there's no end in sight. #Bell
