The box isnโt working properly and he replaced it in 5 mins and left. Such a fricken hassle when the phone agents are clueless

I would not recommend!! Even found out that my installation booked last week for this week was not properly set up!

Then spent 6+ hours with agents. 1 problem wasn't solved & turns out your receiver is faulty. We've been paying for a service that doesn't work. For all this they gave me $20. Truly insane!

Rather than have him reconnect it I realized I was paying $98.88 per month for something I rarely used, and received almost exclusively junk calls and scam calls on, so I called Bell and cancelled it. Thatโs $1200 back in my pocket every year. Boy, it feels good.
