The box isnโt working properly and he replaced it in 5 mins and left. Such a fricken hassle when the phone agents are clueless

She finally agreed and when the tech came out he realized we did have a faulty box in the tv room in the basement and no cable down there for 6 months

Two or three times a year now, I'll have Bell sales people come to my door trying to convince me to switch back. They're wasting their time, and mine, even if they were to offer me free service. Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? Do you just have the virtual assistant?
